It went very good. I went there because they were recommended. They were very responsive; I had some difficulty with the equipment's and within about twenty minutes they got it functioning again; a couple of other times I had this equipment.
Description of Work: I used Magnolia Rental & Sales Inc. They didn't do anything; I rented a backhoe.

I rented the lawn aerator from the Oxford location on Highway 6 and Jackson Ave on Saturday. The store was projected to be closed on Sunday and Memorial Day. I attempted to use the machine Saturday afternoon, but to no avail. After giving it the afternoon, I called the number to leave a message and found that they had an "emergency" number. I called it and Paul (works at the Oxford location) has given his PERSONAL cell number. He agreed to meet me on SUNDAY and try to make it right. He was on time and when we couldn't get it to fire, credited my account AND gave me a free rental. These guys are the best!
