Description of Work: Installed heat and air unit and duct work in a new construction. Never came and finished the last details of work. No concerns or issues with the installation and paid for the installation in full. But they never came back and installed the three return vent covers. Repeatedly called and was told the vent covers were at the office was just busy and hadn't had a chance to come by. 4 months later I'm buying them myself and installing them myself.

+ -1 moreEverything went well. The only issue was my quote was for a 5 ton unit and after the unit was ordered they discovered the unit upstairs was a 4 ton. He said this would cause problems with possibly and quot;freezing upand quot; of the condenser. He then ordered a 4 ton unit. My price did not change .... He did later when asked provide me with an itemized list of charges as to why the cost didn't decrease. This should have been performed on the front end.

+ -1 moreWe have used them several times over the years and they are always very professional and seem to be very knowledgeable about their business, giving me tips on how to get more from my unit like what kind of filters I need, to how often to change them. They also offer a service for maintaining the system twice a year which is nice. We don't think about our a/c or heating unit needing to be cleaned or maintained but it's just like any other appliance. It really extends the life of the unit. I do recommend this business.
Description of Work: They put our system in new, several years ago and I was having trouble with the thermostat. They came out and it just had a loose wire. They didn't charge me for fixing it. I was quite impressed! They are always very friendly and helpful!

+ -1 moreI was quoted a price of $75 an hour for maintenance, but when I asked how much he said the service call was $80. I did not question the extra $5, but I did wonder what the difference was. Also, I was not provided a receipt, which I did not even think about until after he had left and I never received anything in the mail from them either. Also, when I made the appointment I was told between 8 and noon. It was toward the end of the timeframe and I called several times, as I had to take time off from work to meet the technician at the house and wanted to spend as little time as possible taking leave for the service call. It wasn't a huge deal, but since I didn't have an actual outage and was able to call several days ahead I was hoping for an appointment that was a little more concrete.
Description of Work: The technician checked out the system to see why it was not cooling more efficiently. He checked everything out and said it was performing as well as it is going to, as the system is not adequate for my home (something my home inspection should have caught, but that is another story). He made suggestions but although he checked the system, he did not actually perform any repair, as it was not necessary. He seemed very knowledgeable and was polite, as was his assistant.

+ -1 moreRepairman was very professional and explained exactly what he was doing to the unit. I would definitely recommend them to other users.
Description of Work: My air conditioner would not come on. I called the company and they were able to send out a repairman within 2 hours. The repairman arrived did some test and found some bad wires. He replaced all the bad wiring and had the unit working within 30 minutes of his arrival. .
