Description of Work: Sheetrock shop, closet in house and redo ceiling in Livingroom.

Description of Work: I called Mr. Nelson on 8/10/2011 and asked him if he had time to come out and look at damage that an April 27, 2011 tornado caused to the inside of my home. He was very polite in our conversation, asking what I thought were necessary questions and said he could. He came out the same evening and we discussed the job. My daughters room had just about been destroyed on the inside out. Her room being an add on was built off the ground and the high winds tore siding off and the inside walls and ceilings were heavily damaged with large cracks. Mr. Nelson explained how a tornado can come through and pick a building up gradually and sit it back down in the same spot causing heavily settling issues. He gave me his price and very fair I thought and started work the next day. Mr. Nelson tore out most of the old sheetrock, not all, checked the area for any leaks and saw none and began the replacing. A total of 7 days he completely finished my daughters room and showed her and me several different textures and she fell in love with what he called a stomp ceiling and a knock down on the walls. Mr. Nelson put those textures on for my daughter at no extra charge then painted her room with colors she picked for me and her to paint ourselves. Great job on the painting he did. During the process, Mr. Nelson found my exact siding on my house and replaced all missing. Under the house he went under with new blocks and leveled my daughters floor back that had been damaged during the storm and get this. . . While under my daughters floor he noticed at the other end of the house my sons floor was sagging as well which I already knew, the storm had nothing to do with it, but he leveled his floor as well at no extra charge. Now my daughter has a beautiful room and my house is level and all siding back in place. 1800 dollars labor and materials. Two other estimates labor only both over 3 grand. I was to buy materials.
