The work was done well, and in a short time. Getting the estimate and then the job scheduled was somewhat difficult. These guys stay pretty busy, and with good reason. Overall it was worth the wait.

I contacted JCS Roofing around mid Nov to provide a quote. Within the week, someone had come by the house to look at the roof and leave a quote. Once I selected them to do the work, the weather had gotten really cold and rainy. Therefore, it took a little over 2 months for them to start the job. But once they started, it only took approximately 3 days to complete the job. All employees that I had contact with were very pleasant and easy to work with. I am very pleased with the new roof.

The leak first appeared around thanks giving, we called JCS, they came by finally, after we called repeatedly. He climbed on the roof and used clear silicon directly on top of the shingles around the sides and top of the boot, the following rain showed the leak was worse than ever and he would make a special trip until the following week.

I called JCS to come out and quote a small job. They took my name, address and phone number and said they would be out to look at it the next day at 5:00. Nobody showed up, or called to say they couldn't make it. I understand if they are busy and may forget, so I called back in 3 weeks and told them they forgot me. They again took my name address and phone number and said they would come out that day but didn't give a time. Nobody showed up again. If you don't want small jobs at least be honest and say call someone else.

They arrived each day at around 6:30 or 7:00 and went directly to work and would work until it started to get dark. Excellent work ethic by all. It took two days to complete 45 squares of shingles. I was very impressed and would use them again.

The overall experience was excellent! The roofer from JCS Roofing Service went beyond the extra mile. Although they had regular business hours, the roofer came and repaired my roof at 7:00 pm! THe roofer was very passionate about his work and made himself available after business hours. He made me feel (and showed me by proving to do so) that his company valued their customers. The roofer guaranteed me that the repair would function properly. He used top-notch tools and explained techniwues that would be needed to make sure the roof would be fixed and function properly. The roofer completed the job in a very effective and timely manner. Indeed, JCS Roofing Services made the necessary repairs to a faulty, and very expensive, job performed previously by another roofing company. JCS Roofing had a very keen eye for damage that was obviously causing leaks in my roof. Moreover, the roofer was very polite and professional. The roofer from JCS Roofing Company is truly an experienced, trustworthy roofing contractor! They are not expensive, and they are very honest. They do not try to win customers over by befriending them in order to get their business, as I have experienced recently. Whether you need an entire new roof or just a patch up job, I would recommend this company to everybody!
