I do not want my name to be used on the site as I value my privacy. I found Scott professional, polite, conscientious, and honest. While the water leak was initially thought to be a leak from a pipe or a problem with the water meter in the ground, it was finally analyzed that it came from my water heater As a result of the water heater not working because the faucets only ran cold water, I found the water heart needed to be replaced, and I had to purchase a new water heater. When Scott came out to dig the ground, he found the meter was working fine, while previously it had been running a lot prior to the new water heater being installed. As a result, he thought the problem was due to the old water heater. The water meter was also not running constantly. Once the water company employee read this month's water meter reading this week, I was advised by their office that the water meter reading looked good. Therefore, it appears that the replacement of the water heater did cause the problem. When Scott analyzed this, his conclusion was right that the old water heater was a factor in the water leak.

This team is professional and know what they are doing. They do the job right, in a timely manner, and you can trust that they will be fair.

The completed job was better than expected. The project was continually held up by bad weather but was still completed in the time discussed. We will definitely be hiring them again to do additional work.
