+ 0 moreI found this company through a google search. They were very responsive -- were out within a couple of days to clean the sofa. They did a very thorough job. I will definitely call them again.

+ -1 moreOverall, the carpeting is brighter throughout. Some stains that had been pre-treated were still evident the next day, however. I called the company and the technician came back out that afternoon and cleaned those areas again. They are now gone. I asked if they had discounts for senior citizens and they said they did not. Since I had opted not to have scotch-guarding done, they offered to do 1 room free of charge. I thought this was great customer service!
Description of Work: Berber carpet cleaned in 5 rooms, a hallway, and 13 steps. A truck mounted steam-type cleaning was done throughout the house. I was asked to vacuum lightly before the cleaning and remove all items from the tops of tables and chests. I also moved small items into another area. The technician was very polite and moved any furniture that I asked him to move. I pointed out stained areas and he pre-treated them. The entire job took approximately 1 1/2 - 2 hours as quoted.

+ -1 moreThe owner did the work. He moved any furniture that I requested. He was friendly. They were easy to schedule with, and the carpets looked great. I have used this company in the past, and will use them again.
Description of Work: Cleans approximately. 1800 square feet of carpet. Put protector on approximately. 200 square feet, and steps.
