This is the third job I've had them do for me. The work is excellent, I've just had some concerns with their billing. No matter what job I had them do, it was always $325 and I never got a breakdown of the bill. I never really get a clear explanation of why the price is what it is. They are very nice and do good work though.

They were wonderful. He has fixed another issue like this in the past for another fan and it went wonderfully.

It was easy to schedule a convenient appointment. The electrician arrived within the designated time frame. He provided me with an estimate and when I asked if he could do the work that day he said he could. He replaced a very old outside electrical outlet. During the course of this work he suggested that one of the breakers in our electrical box should probably be replaced (it did not match the other type of breakers in our system) I asked him to give me an estimate on that and he did. All work was completed and everything was exactly as estimated. Several years ago I had another electrician inspect our system. Previous owners of our house seemed to have rigged a lot of things and I just wanted to make sure the electrical system was safe. That electrician didn't mention anything about the breaker in question not matching the other breakers in our system. So, I'm not sure what to think about replacing the breaker. I went ahead a did it because 50.00 for peace of mind seemed a small price to pay. I don't know if the first electrician missed it or if the second electrician saw an easy way to make 50.00 bucks. In any case there was not any pressure to replace the breaker it was just a suggestion. I jumped on it because it was easy to have it replaced that day while the electrican was present.

The work was done efficiently without making a mess. I appreciated the "book" rate (price) for the work being adjusted to fit the particular circumstances.

They were prompt, efficient, honest, and the price was reasonable.

The workers at Conway are always impressive. They are extremely professional. The quality of their work has always been very high.

They were very professional over the phone in setting up the appointment. Very easy to work with and even agreed to waive the fee that they normally charge for giving an estimate (they had a TV ad running for a free estimate at the time). The technician showed up and gave us an estimate for the work. Their estimate was twice as much as the other estimates we got for this work, and they wanted to do more work than we had originally planned. The technician seemed rather upset when we said we didn't want to have them do the work at that time. It took a call to their office to keep the technician from charging us for the estimate. Since the estimate was so large and they were pushing more work on us than we wanted, we elected not to go with this company.

It went fine. It was easy to schedule an appointment. The woman who answered the phone was professional and friendly. Appointment times were convenient for me. The serviceman and his assistant arrived within the designated time frame. They also called about 30 minutes before arriving to let me know they were on their way. Everyone was very professional and it all went smoothly.

Our washing machine quit working. After some troubleshooting I figured out it was just the outlet it plugged into that wasn't working. I read up and decided I could replace the outlet myself. I bought the supplies I needed and made an attempt but freaked out when a wire touched something and I heard a loud pop. I thought I had all the electricity off and the outlet tested dead before I started working. Anyway at that point it seemed better to let a professional handle the job. I called Loveland and scheduled an appointment. The electrician arrived within the scheduled time period. I told him what happened. He answered all my questions about why our outlet differed slightly from the one in the book I was using to attempt the repair. Even better he did not lecture me about almost electrocuting myself. He used the new outlet I had purchased to make the repair thus saving us on a supplies fee. I hated to pay someone $68 just to replace an outlet but better safe than sorry.

I didn't end up using them because the price was extremely high. It seemed like they were trying to push a warranty or protection plan on me, and I didn't want that pressure, so I went with another company.

The tech arrived very promptly and was extremely nice. He was honest and did a professional job. I am very happy with service.

They are really polite and efficient. They know what they are doing. They are an all around good company. We feel like their prices are fair. We have used them for several jobs.

The electrician showed up on time and began work. The job was bigger than I expected since it was necessary to run a line from the basement and drill thru the great room floor and basement ceiling. When finished, the electrician cleaned up completely and our house is back to normal.

It went very well. The price was certainly reasonable. They came when they said they would be here. They handled themselves professionally and were very informative.

He came and gave estimate for all work, then when confirmed set up the permits, inspections, turn-offs by Ameren. The work was done efficiently and well.

The electrician they sent over was very professional and explained things well. We did not do any extra work because it seemed expensive and it was not necessary but that should be expected for a licensed professional.

We got the impression they sent a salesman instead of a technician over. I know we have an older system due for replacement, but we were trying to extend the life. I would like to know if these guys are paid on commission for new systems. When their technician left, he made it a point to tell us he did not think our AC would last the season. I told their office manager that I found the sudden new problem and their behavior suspicious, and she assured me that they inventory their trucks for parts daily so there is no way they could have put an old faulty part on our system. I am not sure if I accept that explanation, but I dropped it and moved on. They did offer to send another tech out to verify the first one's work, but I passed as we were already going to have to call in a favor to get it fixed right. We may have just not noticed before they were there that the fan wasn't working.

It took Mark about an hour and a half to find the 3 problems, which I think is very good.
