Excellent work. These guys are awesome, performed work on time for reasonable price. Others said since it's an old building would have to charge more and some balked at taking on the project. Loveland said it may be a bit tricky, but we can handle it, and they did, quickly and professionally. Great work, will definitely use them again.

Went great. These were not common market fixtures and the tech, Brandon, they sent spent a lot of time making sure he got it right the first time. I am going to ask them back for some other electrical issues I have with this aging house.

Technician STEVE arrived on time and was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Upon removing the old light fixture he determined that the replacement fan unit was larger than the unit being replaced. Unfazed he removed (after some effort due to the age of the unit) the old fan, enlarged the opening, and installed the new fan and light fixture. Despite the unforeseen extra work, he still completed the job within 2 hours. Despite the extra work required, his fee was still less than the other bids received. I highly recommend this company.

There was a mix-up of scheduling so we weren't on the list, We purchased all items except the GFI. The one they put in is not up to code as they only had that one on the truck. To ever sell our house, we will have to replace it again. The man was professional and did a good job installing the pump/pvc attachments. He was there a little over. 2 hours and the bill was a little high. It was $395 and when I e-mailed to ask if they realized that we bought everything but the GFI, there was never a response. I questioned about senior citizen discount but again, no answer. I will shop around next time to meet our budget. Their bill was $395 but our purchases put the project at almost $700. I do realize that the sump pump was $135.. I probably should have paid someone else to put in the sump pump/pvc pipe and then an electrician for the GFI. I don't know yet if I would hire them again unless I had an estimate that broke down charges.

went great, they were very professional and helpful by telling me what I needed to fix and gave me the price but I wasn't pressured or made to feel guilty for not using them do the work but told me that if I needed anything I had their number just give him a call and I'd be glad to help

It was an excellent service. They came installed the lights and I had no problems. They have reasonable pricing and I will be using them in the future.
