See above. I have already written a report some time ago.

The work was scheduled for a Wednesday morning. I was called on Tuesday to confirm the appointment; during that call the operator discovered she had a cancellation and asked if I'd like the work done immediately; and I did. The crew of two workers arrived within 25 minutes of that call. They gave me a quote within 10 minutes of arrival, I accepted, and the work was completed within another hour. Quick, efficient, high quality job. I was pleased with the results. Only quibble: they knew I was an Angie's List member and did not offer me any sort of discount or perk for being so, even though their company is also an Angie's List member (Honor Roll, I believe). Their prices are pretty high, but they do excellent work. You get what you pay for, for the most part.

I appreciated that he explained what he was going to do, in terms that the average person can understand.

We called Loveland Electrical Service on a Sunday for an emergency situation. They picked up the phone immediately and had an electrician to our house within the hour, living up to their 24-hour/365-Days-a-Year emergency service advertising. After resolving our electrical problem, the electrician suggested that we change out our fuse box to a breaker box. We agreed. He wrote us an estimate on the spot. I called the next day to schedule a date when Loveland could change out the box. All processes went very smoothly, and all the staff I had contact with were very pleasant. The work was completed in the five-hour time-frame Loveland quoted, and the work was of high quality. We were very pleased.

I was charged the $39.00 service fee even when they did the work, other co's subtract the fee if you have work done, it was a 15 min. job and I was charged 147.49, I will never let this co. work for me ever again.

Ron who is a very personable person replaced the circuit breaker and also explained the possibility of upgrading our electrical panel. After the repair I felt very relieved because I do not nor would I mess around with the electricity coming into the house, except for things like replacing an outlet. Also since it was stormy and raining, I did not want to chance my becoming a statistic, so I left it for the professional such as Ron.

Although a bit on the expensive side, they were otherwise fantastic which is exactly why we went with them. They called us the day before to verify the appointment, called again when on their way, were polite & courteous throughout, and advised us of ways to avoid more expensive repairs we were considering with perfectly acceptable alternatives. Very clean and very professional. Highly recommended.

Doug, the service man, was very polite and understood our concerns when he got there. He listened to what we were experiencing and immediately fixed the problem. We just liked the way he listened and responded.

The person who took my call gave me a definite appointment and even told me about a discount that I wasn't aware of. The serviceman was very nice, and he arrived promptly and did the work quickly and effectively. I have already recommended this company to others.

Excellent service. Courteous people both on the phone and the technician himself. Excellent clean-up after the job.

The work was fine. The work was good. We were just shocked about the cost.

OVERALL IT WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. IT IS NICE TO HAVE AN ELECTRICAL SYSTEM THAT IS SAFE AND WILL PROVIDE MORE POWER TO THE HOUSE. I'M GLAD I CHOSE LOVELAND. THE TECHNICIAN AND THE OFFICE STAFF WERE JUST GREAT TO WORK WITH WHETHER IT WAS SCHEDULING OR JUST A QUESTION ABOUT THE JOB.

Within a half hour they were out at our house diagnosing a problem that was not as severe as our initial thoughts. They were polite and friendly and I would call them again in a minute.

I was pleasantly surprised that I got same day service. I called Love land at 10:30 AM and a service person was at my house just before noon the same day. I was given an estimate prior to the work which proved to be accurate and the work was completed in a short period of time. I was impressed by the professionalism of the service person. Further, I was able to use the Angie's List coupon for 25% off.

When I first called, a woman actually answered the phone directly and immediately made an appointment to my satisfaction. Bob arrived at the time specified and did the work in a reasonable amount of time. The woman called later to check that everything was done to my satisfaction. I was able to use a $25 coupon from the Angie's List booklet. I would use this company again and recommend it to others.

This happened during the coldest weather in January '06. They responded that day and had the unit running that afternoon. They were very profesional and understood my timely needs.

Excellent. The technician was on time to the minute, very polite and friendly. He was obviously knowledgeable and professional. Since I know nothing about electricity, I appreciated his finding that there was nothing wrong with the wiring, and that a battery-backed up surge protector would remedy the problem. This company does expert work and is very ethical. The fee was quite reasonable, in my opinion.

THEY DIDN'T REALLY DO ANYTHING. THEY CHARGED ME, BUT THEY JUST LOOKED AT IT. THE GUY WANTED ME TO SIGN THE WORK INVOICE WITHOUT ANY DOLLAR AMOUNT WRITTEN ON IT. WHEN HE HEARD I WAS PAYING WITH A CREDIT CARD, HE PUT IN THE $80 FOR A YEAR'S CONTRACT, EVEN THOUGH I SAID I DIDN'T WANT IT. HE ALSO TOLD ME I SHOULD PUT IN A WHOLE NEW ELECTRIC BOX, EVEN THOUGH THE BOX I HAD WAS PRETTY GOOD. HE WAS TRYING TO PUSH ME INTO UNNECESSARY WORK. I DIDN'T THINK HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. WHEN I CALLED THE OFFICE, HE LISTENED BUT HE DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING ONE WAY OR ANOTHER, WHICH I THOUGHT WAS VERY STRANGE.

Deal only with Steve. We originally used Loveland to replace the fuse panel with a new breaker box. He was very nice and very professional, and their office staff was great at checking back on the quality of the work and taking care of any problems. We needed the work quickly, and they fit it in, but they couldn't finish it the first day. They left a lot of trash when they finished (each of them thought the other was picking it up), and the inspector found several other problems (some obvious) that they had to fix. They fixed them promptly and were very nice about it. When we needed the other panel replaced, Steve was not available and they sent someone else. He was unpleasant and uncooperative, and tried to get us to have extra work done that we had already been told wasn't needed. He told us the panel was very dangerous, but then he got mad when we didn't let him take it with him, and he threw it on the ground.

This is a revised report. I've upgraded them slightly after a supervisor came out and corrected loose hanging outlets and other issues. The job is now done correctly, but it took some time and effort on my part. Scheduling was a problem and the technician didn't seem to have basic parts on his truck, thus required multiple visits. After my complaint, the follow up by the supervisor was excellent.

This is the second or third time I have used Loveland and my mother-in-law uses them, too. They are wonderful. Their electricians are friendly and polite. They always put booties on when walking around my house. On this last job, I called them back on the outside box and it was my fault that it was tripping and they did not charge me. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Gene and another gentleman came by. They were late, but it was not a problem as I was working from home. Gene is very professional, courteous, and he did a great job!

They did a great job and were very friendly, quick, and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing electrical work.

We had used them in the past. We knew they did good work, but were a little more expensive and as such we were prepared to pay a little more. Their discounted estimate was MORE THAN FOUR TIMES HIGHER than the next highest bid of $835. I work with network wiring and network wiring contractors on a routine basis. The usual cost to run wiring in an office building is about $200 a run which is typically well over 30 feet, however less that 150 feet. They told me that they charge $385 per each wire. All wires were going to be run from the same starting point with the same end point. Four times the lowest bid. I can only guess they didn't want to do the job. I am really puzzled by this. We probably won't call them again.

VERY TIMELY AND POLITE WORKERS. THEY GAVE A BID AT THE TIME THEY WERE SCHEDULED TO DO THE WORK. WE WANTED IT DONE AND IT SEEMED A BIT HIGH BUT IT WAS DONE WELL. THE COST OF THE INSTALLATION WAS 3 TIMES THE COST OF THE FAN. RECOMMEND AN ESTIMATE BEFORE THEY COME OUT.
