I found their work very efficient, they got here in plenty of time, I do like their work. When the repair man came he checked the other switches in the home.

Mark gave me an estimate and then began work, he had other calls to go to, so he returned on Monday to "finish." Unfortunately, he did not finish. Instead of adding a 220 outlet where I wanted it added, he removed an outlet to add it... now I only have one outlet on that wall other than the 220 he added. He missed his mark and drilled a hole in the ceiling of another room that I had to have patched and painted. He did not move one phone outlet and he left a mess. He called me at work on Monday to say he was finished and to ask me to drop off a check at the office. I went there and the office was closed. The next day was a snow day and their office was closed. Wednesday morning, Mark called to see if I had paid and I told him No and the circumstances why. I dropped off a check later that day, but had not been to the house before I paid the bill. BIG MISTAKE!! I am a "member" in that I paid a fee and I get 10% off, but I will never call them again.

They were very good. They were punctual and professional. When I had a problem, they came right out and fixed it the next day.

They were excellent, very pleasant, and did good work. Their prices were very reasonable. I was pleased with whatever they did. They were very good, and did the work well. I would hire them again.

They made a terrible mistake telling us the only thing to do is replace the unit. We didn't believe them and had someone else come out. We didn't need anything done like what they said we needed done. We weren't very happy about the whole situation as you can imagine.

This was a good experience. We have used them a couple of times now and they are always nice on the phone and send professional electricians to do the job right. They even reminded me that I had a warranty so they gave me a discount. I had forgotten completely about that. They go out of their way for their customers. They also honor their work guarantee since then the power went off again in the basement and they came right out and fixed it for free.

They seem to do high quality work. The only concern I have is that they didn't tell me that in order for the new filter to work properly the blowers needed to run all the time. It was a surprise for me, and I just would have liked to know that ahead of time. The price includes the first year's service contract.

Loveland Electric was higher on the price but did do a good job. He came on time and had no trouble. The outlets are fine and we have not had any problems with the work. We are completely satisfied with the quality of work.

Excellent work was done by this guy's. I was very pleased with there work because they were on time not like other companies that come late for the job. It took them a couple of days to get the job done. Overall I really like there job.

They did a super job, but the did not put down a special bed like on the movie I saw. They only laid stone stones down, so I called them and they came back and put in a rubber border and that was a fair job. I think the generator itself could not be better.

The work went fine. Chris was careful to bring in booties for his shoes to protect my carpets from dirt, and he brought in drop cloths to cover everything in the bathroom from the materials that would fall from the ceiling when he cut out the hole for the fan. He took the closet doors off again, and climbed up into the hot attic. He ran into some difficulties, but since he had assured me that the work was bid by the job and not by the hour, I would not have any surprises in the bill. He took his time, and completed the job, and then replaced the closet doors, cleaned up the mess in the bathroom, vacuumed any debris, and even asked for Windex and paper towels to clean up any fingerprints on the walls around the new electric plate. He then brought me all the completed paperwork, and was ready to leave. I was more than satisfied with the work performed. The next day I had a follow-up call from the office to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. That was a first!

We signed a one year service contract with them. He did a good job. He was here most of the day.

We called them on short notice because our contractor told us that we needed the extra circuit right away. They sent someone the next day who gave the estimate and performed the work. My only complaints are that he could have cleaned up a little better and he ended up running the circuit to the basement circuit box without asking (the rest of the 2nd floor goes to the 3rd floor circuit box.).

Good customer service from the main office. Technician was knowledgeable and prompt. Tried changing the circuit, but it did not fix the problem. Tried plugging the TV into a socket on another circuit, and it worked fine. The tech gave a few options for a permanent fix, ranging from thousands of dollars, to finally a $550 outlet extension. I have plans to have the extension done, but it has not been scheduled yet. The fee for the diagnostic work was deducted from the cost of the planned repair, so as of now, I have not paid anything.

They were excellent. I had a problem with the ceiling fan and they came right back on a Saturday evening and fixed it. They were great. No problem.

They're prompt with their service and came back out to check on a slight problem at no cost. I'd use them again and highly recommend them to others!

When I first called, the office suggested some possible troubleshooting I could try in order to avoid a service call. When those didn't work, the company was able to send someone out to check the faulty breaker within two days. They gave me a two-hour window for the appointment and called ahead to give me a half-hour warning of their arrival. The electrician was friendly, polite and fully explained the possible solutions and costs. The office followed up the same day to find out if I was satisfied with the service.

Called to schedule an appointment and they were out the next day. Two employees showed up and the work was done quickly and they even pointed out a $25.00 Angie's list member coupon that brought my price down to $45.00. I couldn't have been any happier with the install and the service. Just one man's opinion but I've spend the last 20 years working as a customer service manager and it appears to me after reading some of the negative reports on this company (before I hired them) that they've had to deal with some pretty unreasonable customers so based on my experience, you won't be disappointed.

They said they would schedule us between 11 am and 3 pm, which was fine by me. While I was putting my make-up on about 9:40 they came. I went outside and showed them what became detached. They finished within 10 minutes, sat in their truck for about 10 - 15 minutes, came back to give us the bill and it was astronomical. When I was writing out the check to them I told them I didn't think it would be that much. The girl told me they were one of the most expensive contractors in St. Louis because they give 24 hour service. In their ad it says they charge by the job, not the hour - this price included $25 off. I would never use them again because they're very expensive.

He came out and looked at the job and decided what fan to put in. He came back out with another person and decided that we don't have a roof that would benefit from the fan, so they ended not doing any work. He was really honest about things, and didn't charge me. He also checked out a surge protector out for me at no charge.

We were interested, but needed to know about financing because of the large cost. They were to give us the info on financing with no obligation. We went ahead and got the info, and decided that we weren't interested. We got a call today and were told that they were ready to go ahead with the install, and had pulled our permits and had an order set up. I told them that there was no signature, and they shouldn't have gone ahead. I told her that we never ordered the job, that we just wanted financing info. Then I got a call from Steve, upset that he'd paid for $600 worth of permits, trying to find out what had happened. He asked if I wanted to cancel the permits, and when I said yes, he said that he would set it up so that I'd never want one in the future. I told him that because of this experience, I wouldn't use them in the future. I asked for a letter from them saying that I never wanted the order, to make sure I don't have any trouble with where the permits were pulled from.

They always do exemplary work. They have really competent people working for them and are responsive if we have any concerns or questions. We've used them in the past and did not hesitate to call them again for this work. Everything checked out with the inspector. They are just great!

The representative who came out to do the estimate was very nice and professional. I was blown away by the fact that their estimate was well over 3 1/2 times the amount I paid another highly-rated Angie's List electrical contractor. I can't attest to the workmanship, but the price was utterly ridiculous.

They sent the same electrician to do the work each day, which I feel is important. They did a great job and would definitely use them again.

They were excellent, on time, and professional. They cleaned up when they were complete and I have no complaints.
