Small job

They were very polite and prompt. They removed the toilet and inspected the floor for leaks. None were found. They allowed me to take pictures of the area for inspection purposes then put down a new wax ring and replaced the toilet. I was very pleased.

Loveland was coming over to replace the bathtub fixtures. When my husband saw on their can that they also do electrical work, he asked them to Look at the fan in our daughter's room. He wanted to put her light and fan on separate switches. They agreed it could be done and stay to do it the same day after replacing the tub fixtures! Thank you so much Loveland!!!
