Service personnel installed new toilet flow control valves and flappers in two toilets. They removed all old and unneeded materials from the site and completed the job in about one hour.

They were on time and very responsive to any concern or adjustments made to the original work

The guys came at the schedule time, assed the job, did the work, cleaned up and was out in about an hour. They were very courteous, friendly and professional.

Arrived to do job but was not prepared to do what had thought discussed so had to reschedule. the second scheduled appointment did not get into his book so day thought had decided on did not work so had to move couple of days. Overall was ok but seemed bit unorganized.

They spent 15 minutes to hook up one shark bite, charged me 295$ and when I asked them to take the old pipe off the dishwasher that they cut they said it would be another $100. Careful with Loveland home services.

Very nice company to work with. Had a water heater installed along with several small plumbing projects completed. Fast service, they cleaned up after the jobs.

Punctual,pleasant to talk to. Still need to work on the problem so will be back sometime to tweak it. On the whole they did a good job of changing an old corroded pipe with new PVC.

Had an outside faucet that wouldn't shut off. They replaced the water pipe from inside the house and did a great job. Very impressed with their quick response to my emergency.

The guys were very nice and seemed professional. His response time to phone calls was very prompt. I should have asked, but assumed they would pull a permit to install a hot water heater. He didn't and now we can't get it inspected. Their trailer also scraped our driveway and their dolly scraped paint off the banister.

He was on time and charged what he said on the phone which I thought was a bit much for the job, but.....
