I replaced a 20 year old water heater and this was the first time I used home advisor. very soon after selected the contractors Loveland called (on a Sunday) and we set up a date and time for the installation. the installation went very good and the quality of the work was high. I am very satisfied with Loveland home solutions.

We decided to go with a 50 gal gas water heater again instead of the tankless., cost was so much more within our budget. We also had Paul replace drain stopper in bathtub, it was a difficult job getting out old parts but they did a good job and supplied all the parts in bid. When we called Paul came out within 2 days with estimate and after we accepted was able to do work a day earlier than scheduled. We will be calling Paul to change out our kitchen faucet next.

The plumber, David, who came was knowledgeable and competent. He found a problem right away, decided on a solution and completed the work quickly and efficiently. The price seemed quite high for the amount of time it took to do the work; but, since the old fixture was already removed, it was the best option we had. We are satisfied with the job.

Obtained three bids. Two were over $1,200, and one wanted me to order the fan myself. Not only did Loveland come in at $500 less, but he also installed a wall switch for my new fan!
