Tech was on time, professional and knowledgeable. My first time using and felt pricing was somewhat high but being new to the area the price may be inline and only two companies to choose from. I would consider using Loveland Home Solutions again.

They responded quickly and came out soon to do the work.

This company is amazing! From the quality of the work to the affordability, I would recommend you call them for any future projects - I know I will. We hired them years ago to do some electrical work after purchasing an older home and everything they did is still as if it were new. This time it was plumbing and I truly feel rescued after putting out an inquiry for help on this site at 10:30 pm on a Saturday day night and receiving a phone call from the owner the following morning. The technician, David, was on time, amazing at getting things fixed and took extra time to clean the work area before and after the job. Again, this company is nothing short of amazing and have given us the best service in the over 20 years we have lived in "this old house"!

Pretty expensive. Though the tech was very thorough,knowledgeable and didn't act like he was in a hurry. To be fair,I live in a rural area and they had to come a long way.

I guess I expected it to be less expensive than it was. I haven't had any professionals come in to do any of these things because my husband was always able to do them and now he is not. He has a very bad back and won't allow him to stand for very long. So now I have to ask for outside help. We have a faucet in the kitchen that is leaking at the base and I thought it just needed the "O" rings changed but was told I needed a new faucet and it would cost approximately $300.00 plus the cost of a new faucet to have it fixed. I thought that was a bit expensive. I am very please with the toilet repair it's nice to not have the toilet keep running and my water bill being so high.

Loveland was absolutely terrific - in every sense! I would highly recommend these folks to anyone. Great service, very knowledgeable, efficient, very professional, did an excellent/outstanding job replacing three shut off valves and provided an fair and affordable price for there services. They said they also do electrical work as well and I will certainly utilize their services when that need arises. I can't say enough good things about this company and their service.

I was very pleased with the work done and the professional that did the repair. My only complaint is that the job was postponed to a day later than originally quoted, which caused some inconvenience.

He was on time and courteous. He checked the pipes said the problem was in the hose. No repairs were made.

Paul is very patient and helpful in working with those unfamiliar with electrical systems.

set up appt for 2PM They called back and had 11AM available. I took it. At 12:20 I called and asked where they were. Said something had come up and wanted to reschedule for 4-6PM. Did not call until I called them. Cancelled and will not use again.

When the faucet was installed the man left and the faucet leaked. They had to send another repair person that fixed the faucet.

Poor communication. The owner (Paul) doesn't return calls. The person that came to perform the work had a manual out and couldn't figure out how to correct a wiring issue. Not impressed at all. After about 1.5hrs, he left without completing any work. Terrible
