+ -1 moreThere is an issue with the foundation of this house that led to a crack so bad in the kitchen that it tore through the flooring across the entire room (along with multiple cracks in the basement). It will cost over $10k to stabilize the foundation of the home.

+ -1 moreWe were satisfied with them, and I found them very easy to work with. It was the first time I ever built a home so they gave me opinions whenever I asked for them. Their price and the quality of their work is very good. If there is something that is very important, they will be right on it. I would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: Ivy League Homes was the contractor for our home and our new deck.
