Bought a house 3 months ago and Ivie League will not stand behind their workmanship. I have a sink hole in my front yard, they offered to give us some dirt. Are you kidding me, I didn't cause the sink hole, fix whatever you did incorrectly to make it right. I have spoken with several neighbors who have had issues as well and they will either not fix it or it takes months and months. When you spend this much money on a home, you expect it be right and if something is done incorrectly you expect the builder to stand behind it and fix the issue. If you plan on buying a home from them, I would ask neighbors first they will tell you. When you contact Kim, she is the most disrespectful and unprofessional person I have ever dealt with.

There is an issue with the foundation of this house that led to a crack so bad in the kitchen that it tore through the flooring across the entire room (along with multiple cracks in the basement). It will cost over $10k to stabilize the foundation of the home.

We were satisfied with them, and I found them very easy to work with. It was the first time I ever built a home so they gave me opinions whenever I asked for them. Their price and the quality of their work is very good. If there is something that is very important, they will be right on it. I would use them again in the future.
