+ -1 moreI have been trying to set up service with this company for almost a month now to no avail. Was told back in mid-June that it would be no problem to start service the beginning of July and have my toter dropped off on July 1 then first pick up on July 7. Well, July 1 came and went with no toter so I called to find out where my toter was on July 2 (no answer and no call back from my message). Called back again on Tuesday, July 5 (no answer so left another message) and received a call back later in the day with reason for no toter was they are waiting on toters from the manufacturer so hopefully they will have one this Friday but will call if they don't. Then I get a call the next day in regards to the message I had left Tuesday (from the same person I spoke to the day before) asking about my message. I told her we had already spoken and re-affirmed that she would call if I wasn't going to get my toter on Friday, July 8. Now it is July 8 and I still have no toter or phone call that I was promised so I call again and get a different person on the phone. She states they are still out of toters, don't know when they will get more, the girl that promised I would get a call isn't even in the office today and she never even set up an account in the system for me. Then she says she'll have the girl that's been working on my account (that doesn't exist) call me tomorrow (she thinks the girl is back tomorrow) if that will help????!!!!!! If it wasn't a requirement of my subdivision to use this "company", there is no way I would ever use Christian Disposal for anything!!!! Worst "company" ever!!!!!
Description of Work: Tried to set up service at my new home with a new trash toter to be delivered on July 1 and first pick up on July 7.

+ -1 moreOur pickup was delayed one day due to inclement weather. I forgot to take our trash to the road that Friday morning. Not only did our route driver stop at our home, he also went up to the ouside of our garage, took our tote down the driveway and disposed of our refuse. Now that is above and beyond service! I will always appreciate that personal service and recommend them. They are great to deal with.
