+ -1 moreThey said they would give me price back on the bid and then I never heard from them again. They seemed professional and everything. I just don't know if they were too busy for me or why I didn't hear back from them, I have no idea. They seem competent. They showed up when they were supposed to the first time.
Description of Work: I didn't end up using them but I got a bid for a new unit and stuff from them.

+ -1 moreThe service technician came out when he said he would and cleaned the furnace in order to get it up and running again. This particular service technician was not real familiar with older equipment so it took him longer than he expected to work on the issue but he was pleasant and friendly.
Description of Work: I had called Elite Aire LLC to help fix my old Sear's propane furnace that had stopped working on one of the coldest days of this record setting cold year.

Description of Work: Elite Aire put in a geo thermal heat pump system that is excellent. Their work was very professional. They were very good about explaining the system and how it works. The followup was excellent. Overall this was a very good experience. I highly recommend this company
