+ -1 moreI had a roof leak on a rental house, and decided to have a new roof put on. I got three bids and they were the lowest by over $500.00. They came out, did the job in one day and did a great job of clean-up when finished. I am very happy with the outcome.
Description of Work: This the second time I used this company, I needed a roof on a Rental property, and have used them in the past. They had the best bid, and did a quality job, as they have in the last job they did. I would highly reccomend them to anyone in this area that needs a new roof.

Description of Work: Al from A&A came out and did a written estimate in a very professional manner. I was pleased with the estimate, and scheduled a date to do the work. The crew showed up promtly at 8:00am, they started working immediately, and except when they went to lunch, they never stopped working. They got mostly done on day 1 and finnished by 1:00pm on day 2. They cleaned up all waste and the work was done very professional. I would highly reccomend this company to anyone needing a new roof or gutters. Their price was very competitive and the service was great. The owner was present during the whole job to make sure everything was done right.

+ -1 moreWe could not be happier with the roof they gave us. They showed up on time, worked hard every day and finished pretty much on schedule. There were several workers here during the day and they worked right up until dark. They cleaned up their mess daily and really cleaned everything up very well when they left. There was no loud music or foul language or shouting, just workers working. When we would get home at night from our jobs, the owner, Al, would come down from the roof and spend some time going over what all they had done and what was left to do and did we like what we saw, have any concerns, etc. We felt if we did have any concerns, he would have addressed them promptly. We would use this company again if we ever needed another roof.
Description of Work: They came and gave us an estimate when they said they would. They showed up for the job as promised. They stripped all the old roofing off and removed it from the property, replaced any old decking, put down 30 lb felt paper and Tamko Heritage 30 shingles. Installed TPO on all flat roofs, removed old shaker shingles from porches, put in 3 vents on the roof, replaced a couple of bad gutters, and finished everything off very nicely. They cleaned everything up after completing the job, a great job.
