I have used them for over 10 years, always do a good job.

Showed up on time, stayed on budget, fixed some of the framer's mistakes, cleaned up after themselves, were very courteous,and did a great job.

Mike was on the roof each morning at 6am with his crew (to avoide the summer heat). The crew was 4 people including Mike, the owner. They were all well spoken and respectful of my wife and cleand up all their mess each and every day. The job took about 10 days around the weather with absolutely no problems. As issues with the decking arose, we talked about them and did any repair needed. The chimney needed tuck-pointing and the crew worked well with the mason who came in for a day in the middle of the job. Mike went out of his way to do more than necessary especially with the flashing. His price was a good bit less than other bids received yet attention was paid to every detail. The Clean-up was complete.

Michael arrived on time for his evaluation of my roof damage and repair estimate. He said he would check his schedule and get back with me. He called me a few minutes after he left my house and said he had an opening the next morning. I agreed and he returned to my home so I could sign the contract. The repairs and cleanup went well and so far no further leaks to report. They even fixed my damaged soffits. Michael is a profesional roofer that shows up on time to get the job done. Everything he did was explained to me so I could understand what went wrong and how he fixed the leaks.

Michael came and provided a very thorough estimate. He found legitimate issues the other estimators missed. He prepared a complete estimate that had all the repairs clearly spelled out. Once he started the job, his crew worked there basically until it was finished. He always informed me and consulted me on unanticipated items they ran into. He oversaw the quality of the work and made sure things were done to a professional standard. As the and quot;clientand quot; he definitely made me feel like a priority. He was always positive, professional and proactive in his interaction. I feel he had not only his interests on the job in mind, but mine as well. He obviously places a premium on his reputation in the community and demonstrated that by the quality of the work and interaction. After my roof was damaged in a wind storm I was looking for a roofer to repair or replace my roof after getting some estimates I decided to use Angie's List. I found Actuall Roofing and called. Actuall quoted flashing & repair for (2) chimneys + contracting and install of a new cap, plus repair of some hail damage on roof. In their evaluation, they recommended a less expensive way of repairing chimney, saving cost to us. They found a few items that required more work than initially expected, but kept cost the same. Also offered to be of assistance for insurance inspection if we needed. Their knowledge of other contractors enabled them to contract and install a new chimney cap identical to 1st one. They are in getting Job was performed on-time as quoted and to our satisfaction. Called and checked up afterward to make sure all was satisfactory.

This is an independent roofer who operates his own company. We found him purely by accident through the telephone book and couldn't have been more pleased. The first time we used his services, we needed to have a leak fixed around a skylight. The next day, it rained; and he came back to check our roof to be sure everything was okay, even though we hadn't called. Felt he was very customer-oriented and anxious to do a good job. He even explained the proper technique he used to fix our problem. We called him a second time to replace a different skylight and again were very pleased. He offered us a reasonable price, showed up when he said he would, and we have had absolutely no problems with the skylight after installation. Overall, we were very pleased with the service and the follow-up. He explained the competitive nature of the business he is in and how important it is to satisfy each customer. This young man has a distinctively pleasant attitude and very good work ethic. We would certainly recommend him to others.
