Gateway Sewer and Drain's people (Brian) did an excellent job. They were super efficient and did not dirty my house. They were professional and honored my time and money. I will definitely keep them in mind for future issues. I was extremely pleased with their service all the way around.

I discovered a leak in the drain pipe coming from the second floor, the leak was actually in the basement ceiling. After several attempt at self repair I found Thome Plumbing on Angie's list and called. The owner came to the house the next day, determined and determined the problem. We arranged for him to send one of his plumbers to the house (Steve) at a time that was convenient for my family. Steve arrived on time and quickly opened the wall in a first floor bath, made the repair and was gone. He was not in the house more than an hour. He did a great job of cutting out the drywall, I was able to reinstall and patch myself. I highly recommend Thome Plumbing and would certainly call them again if the need arises.

Had the clog discovered middle of the night. I sent a message to Thome Plumbing then and when I woke up, I had a message back from them that they could come out same day. Actually gave me a time frame that was earlier than I woke up. Very responsive, sent plumber out within 20 minutes, took less than 10 minutes. Even though such a simple job, they were willing, professional and reasonable. Definitely will call again.

The kitchen sink backed up the night before, we snaked it and couldn't reach where the clog was. I found Thome Plumbing on Angie's List with a coupon. Their plumbers were all out on calls, it was a busy day for them. They said they would try and send someone over if they could. An hour and a half later, I had two plumbers running a snake from the roof down and within 30 minutes my sink was good to go. They were courteous and quick. I really appreciate the effort from the girl on the phone to the guys that showed up, quality customer service at it's best on a Friday late afternoon.

Simple process by the team, they came in and quickly began to address the problem and made note when reached the obstruction and how the water quickly drained correctly.

The company removed the 44 year old rusted and broken iron toilet flange and installed a new flange. The new installation included caulking with molten lead. Entire project was handled in a very professional manner.

We called Thome Plumbing on the basis of a recommendation from another vendor who couldn't handle the job. An appointment was set for an initial evaluation. The representative showed up on time; he was friendly, polite, and very professional. He gave an honest estimate based on a worst case scenario (the exact extent of the problem could not be determined until the wall was opened up and he could see the actual situation). He set a date during the following week for the work to be done. On the date the work was scheduled to be done, the representative and an assistant showed up on time and proceeded directly to the task. When the wall was opened up the solution to the problem was much simpler than was expected. The work was done quickly and professionally. No mess was left behind. The actual bill was quite reasonable for the work done. We will definitely be using Thome Plumbing in the future.

It's been awhile since I used them, but each and every time they were on time, very thorough and gave high quality service

I had a service call to fix my tub faucet leak, and a toilet that drains over time, and $172 later neither was fixed. I was told by the guy who came that my faucet needed a part ordered, but I should contact Koehler myself because it would cost quite a bit more to order through them and Koehler might send it to me for free. He was kind enough to let me know what I should ask for. Sort of. The toilet was probably my vent on the roof is slightly blocked, but another person would have to come out for that, and it would probably cost about $200 and they would be kind enough to waive a $40 fee...Although the technician was courteous, I would not have this company come back and will not recommend them to anyone.

I called Thome plumbing to report a leak. Alan called me right back, told me they were very busy and would get to me as soon as they could. They came that evening, stayed very late repairing as much as they could at the time to prevent further damage, helped me get a team in to start the drying process. They were very polite and professional, even when they were soaking wet and frozen- treated me as if I were the only call they had, when I knew they had been running all day and would have to make at least one more call that night. I haave used them before and will definitely use them again if I need any plumbing work.

Provider was on-time and professional. Work was completed satisfactorily in two hours. I have to question why the bill was so high. There was no breakdown of part cost or labor hourly rate. As far as I can calculate the hourly rate for two hours was between $150 and $175 per hour, which seems excessive for a routine job.

I called midday when they must be REALLY busy after the bad weather. Alan called me back within about an hour, told me they were really backed up but would get to me as soon as they could. They called back just a couple of hours later and came immediately following. Matt was very good to work with. His work was exactly what was needed. He also spent time helping me try to figure out how to avoid it happening again. I was very pleased.

Replaced insides of toilet this time. Had them do everything from roughing in plumbing for new basement bathroom, to water heaters to kitchen sinks, disposals, to replacing toilets to bigger jobs (sorry don't know the technical terms) dealing with low water pressure, old valves, cleaning out pipes in yard. They are wonderful. We've used them for 30 years and are always professional. Always do the job right the first time, clean up after themselves, prompt. Wouldn't call anybody else.

I had called this plumbing company on a Saturday and left a voice mail asking for the kitchen drain hookup, thinking that my call either would not be returned or that I would be several days without water service due to scheduling problems; however, my call was returned at 8:00am on Monday morning, and the team arrived within 10 minutes! They performed the connection and tested for leaks, and successfully completed a quite difficult connection in about an hour.

I could not turn off an outdoor faucet and the water was running full blast. I contacted Thome Plumbing and they arrived within 40 mintues. They were responsive, effective and extremely professional. I will definetely use them the next time I have plumbing needs.

I called Thome Plumbing in the morning to see if they could come out reasonably soon to help with my leak problem. At first they said they might not be able to get to me for a couple of days. However they checked their schedule and said they had a team that could probably come out after about 2:00PM. Steve and Shane arrived at just before 2:00. They were both polite, professional and all business. They quickly found the leak in the ice maker hose to the refrigerator on the first floor. They pulled the material needed for a repair off their truck, shut off the water, and replaced the leaking plastic hose with a copper line and fittings. They worked fast and knew exactly what they were doing. They finished the job in just about an hour. Steve presented the bill for $175 and when I saw it was over $150.00 I produced the Angie's coupon for $20 off and they immediately honored it. Overall, I was extremely pleased. I didn't have to spend hours trying to find a different plumber and both the guys were pleasant but very professional.

They were very responsive - came out the same day that I called. I was very happy with the service and felt that the price was very fair. I would definitely use them again.

He could not replace the faucet. We had to purchase a new one and they were good at letting me know about where to order. When it came in Thome Plumbing Co. actually picked the faucet on the way to the house. They picked it up and brought in and we had it replaced. They only charged me for one visit. I was surprised how quickly they were able to work me into their schedule.
