Advantaclean was amazing to work with. We had a leak that damaged drywall in our garage and subsequently developed black mold underneath. The company was prompt to respond, the estimate for repairs was fair, and the work done was excellent. I will highly recommend to anyone needing repairs for mold, smoke damage or water damage problems to contact them. I was very pleased with them.

 + -1 moreDave the owner was great from the minute I contacted him for an estimate. He came out just a couple hours later to take a look. He started the work a couple days later since he knew we were on a major time crunch. Commutation and clean up were great! Would decently use them again!!
Description of Work: They repaired 4 large cracks in my foundation that were discovered after we had to have drywall replaced in basement. They also took care of a small mold spot on our subfloor in the kitchen.

 + 1 moreWent absolutely fantastic! Cannot say enough great things about this company. All mold was taken care and now we love our home again. (How can you even put a price on that!) Cracks in basement were corrected and waterproofed. We just had the heavy rains and floods last week. And... We did not have a single drop of water, bad smell or anything. So we are smiling and super happy with work done!!!! During work, we even got a chance to meet the owner Dave. Great guy and you can instantly see how much he cares about what he and his company does. Proof is in the pudding. The work shows for itself!!!
Description of Work: Found out we had mold damage in our basement. Much more than we ever realized. My father also lives with my wife and I and has respiratory problems to boot. Not from living in house - but of great concern that we get mold cleaned and corrected properly. Also found out we had several water leaks due to cracks in basement walls. All of this was very concerning to say the least. So AdvantaClean came to our rescue!

They were obviously professional, prompt, did what was agreed, and the result was desirable. The workers were all good people that knew what they were doing and showed care and concern.  + 1 moreIt went wonderful and I would hire them again a million times over. Plan on hiring them for a water proofing system in our basement in the near future.
Description of Work: My husband and I first heard about Advantaclean through a neighbor who knew about the difficult time we were going through. We had been in our home for about 1 month when we found a water leak which lead us to discovering a huge amount of mold that had been covered up when our home was flipped by a remodeling company. Kurt was the first representative to come out for Advantaclean and he was wonderful. He walked through my entire home with me and listened to all of my concerns. He was such a nice guy, very thorough and I had an immediate sense of trust in him. Advantaclean began remediation on November 9th and that is when I met the project manager Donnie and his team, Eric and Brandon. They were not only hardworking but so friendly and likable. Throughout the entire process they made sure to touch base with us and keep us informed. Since we were in the middle of a lawsuit, they took a ton of pictures for us. In the end, they had to gut our entire basement which surprisingly only took about a week. That included all of the remediation as well. During the demo, they discovered three foundation cracks and that is when i met Dave, the head of the franchise. He was as equally kind and helpful as the four employees I had met before him. He helped me find a great company to repair my foundation so we could ensure that no water would continue to get it. When all of the demo and repairs were done, Advantaclean cleaned out our air ducts which really improved the air quality in our home. I hate that my family had to go through this but I couldn't have asked for a better group of guys to take care of us. We are now mold free and would refer to Advantaclean as not only a great company but also our friends.
