Description of Work: As alarm companies go, Butler Durrell is on the "pricey" end of the spectrum, but you get what you pay for, and in this case, everything was top of the line, including service, promptness and attention to detail. We highly recommend this company!

+ -1 moreThey installed the alarm on our current home and our home before this. They even wired the home I grew up in years ago--my parents, sister and grandparents use them and have for years. Very easy to deal with and professional. At our old house we had a lighting strike that fried the alarm and other electronics and they came out to replace the whole system and took care of dealing with the insurance for us. All positive experiences for 20+ years.
Description of Work: We had an entire alarm system put in our home. We just bought the house and had the alarm system installed prior to moving in. At our request they wired everything--all the windows and doors and installed all new smoke detectors. Two full time employees who have worked for the company for years came and did the job in two days. They even came back a week later to add a delay time to a door we wanted done and to retest the system. The customer service is great and the owner is very nice and was willing to work with our budget. The men who come install and maintain the alarm are nice and normal and helpful.
