Description of Work: Even though I was ready to have some roof flashing replaced, Mike suggested that the leak might be coming from windows that needed caulking. In the future if I need roofing, I will call S and K.

Description of Work: They did an excellent job....professionally done. Additional repairs were needed and they fixed same with only a small increase in original quoted price. Clean up was great.....would recommend them to everyone!

Description of Work: S&K did a re-roof for us after another contractor removed asbestos shingles. S&K coordinated with the asbestos contractor to dry-in the roof every night for three nights during the asbestos shingle removal, then quickly completed the re-roof. Also did a small section of fully-adhered EPDM on a flat roof. Oh, and S&K quickly and professionally dealt with some wasp nests that had freaked out the asbestos guys! This was a big job made especially complicated by having to work with the asbestos removal contractor. S&K did the whole thing professionally, efficiently, courteously, and for a good price too!

 + -1 moreS&K Roofing came to our home and performed the repairs while my husband and I were at work (they had our permission to do the work while we were not there). We had a skylight leak a couple days later, and I called and asked them to come take a look at it. They came within a week and fixed the skylight leak. They left no trace that they were there, except that there are no more leaks!
Description of Work: I contacted S&K Roofing and asked them to look at the rubber membrane roof over the addition on my home. Someone came to my home promptly (within a few days) and let me know what they thought would fix the problem. They were very clear about the repair they were suggesting and the proposed cost.

 + -1 moreI was glad I hired them. It was a half day job and they cleaned up well. I had GAF shingles and they put on Owens-Corning. The worker told me that they don't use GAF. The 3 repaired spots and ridge are darker colored than the rest of roof. Although the ridge cap looks good with the contrast in color the 3 patched spots don't. They could have bought a few bundles of GAF so the color would match. Appease the customer, it's our money.
Description of Work: They patched 3 places on our roof after a wind storm and put on a ridge cap.
