Had them install a new unit last Soring. They took the time to explain all of my options and gave me the best overall value. They also helped me get some rebates due to the green energy of the new unit. They were on time, friendly and left the place as though they had never been here. The unit was amazing this summer and we saved just as they said. We just had sub-zero temperatures, which are rare in Missouri. This Daikin unit was amazing in winter too. I even called them once already with a potential problem. They came out quickly and identified it was not an issue but were again very nice. Best service I have had in more than 39 years of owning a house. Highest recommendation I can give. If you want a great unit and great service from someone you can trust, call Rehagen.

It was a great experience. We heard nothing but good things about the company, and meeting with Ryan Kever a couple of times sealed the deal. We decided not to look at competitive bids so I couldn't rate the price, but considering the quality of the products and the performance of the installation team the cost was reasonable. I would highly recommend using this company for your HVAC needs.

They were in and out of our house in less than a day!! It was hot and humid out but we never got hot in the house while they were installing the new furnace because they were so quick and efficient! Great job!!

I really how they perform. They'd be punctual, they'd be on time. Their work is top notch. They have the parts that need to be fixed and they understand the unit.

The price was quite high. It was still going to be $2,000 higher than another company. I showed the other company, and he said, "They must have expected to be working for a week!" They provided no options really. They could have replaced both systems for $10,000 or maybe more than that, maybe 12 or 15. Being a technical minded person, I expect a lot of technical detail. I expect options because not everyone has $15,000 laying around. You have to pay them pretty quick or you have to set up an installment plan and it's a big fiscal impact. They could improve with a greater variety of improving the quote. Providing the customer with options to meet their needs not to sell them a Cadillac when a Camry works just fine. It's like, "Come on, guys." I was really disappointed in their quote. I think they sent it pretty quick.

Those guys work very affordably. They were there for awhile diagnosing the leak in the coil in the air handler. They were very affordable. They were able to figure out the coil was busted pretty dang quick. They were available when the unit went out. I wouldn't use them again and the reason is because of the sales bid. They came in extraordinarily high. One sales guy can mess up a business unfortunately.

We were very impressed with this company. Our contact person, Travis, was knowledgeable, polite and professional. Even if we had not decided to go with this company, I would have written a review just to let the company know they have a quite an asset there! They were a bit late on the morning of the install, which did cause a bit of problem with us getting to work on time, but they were done in a day and then Travis came back to show us how to program the thermostat. We are very pleased with our quiet and efficient Trane system they installed. If I had one complaint, it's that the exhaust of the unit is pretty unsightly, but I think some paint will fix that, and the unit requires a drain pipe on the floor of the utility room and I keep tripping! But that's the system, not the company. All in all, we couldn't have been more pleased with their work.

They removed the old furnace and installed the new in the same day, so we were not without heat. They covered the carpet where they walked and were very careful not to track through the house.

they performed a thorough inspection, including checking exterior walls for heat lo ss using specialized equipment before providing a bid. they also gave us a discount to wait until fall to have the actual install done. work was performed in the same timeframe as promised, except for the dampers which the arrival was delayed by the storm that hit new england area where the factory is located. this delayed install completion by 3 weeks, but they had the system up and running and we were not left without heat during that period. system is fully functional now and we are very happy with it. all of the workers of the rehagen crew were friendly. you could tell they were well trained and really knew their job well. they all seemed to take great pride in their work and were happy to explain what they were doing and answer any questions we had. overall a great experience and i highly recomend them.

Service calls were not as precise in time as we were used to, so if you take off work, to meet someone, it could be a hindrance, as calls were updated with an hour notice, but could be postponed a few hours. The installation of the unit and adjustments to be made were very satisfactory, and when our other unit goes out, this will be our first call for service, and replacement.

Their pricing was extremely competitive. They did a very good job keeping us informed on our order of the new system. We really enjoyed working with them and would definitely recommend them to others. We will be using them to winterize our cooling system and for any warranty work we may need.

We have only lived in our home 7 months, through half a winter, but we burned through 2 tanks of propane trying to heat the place. Turns out the builders HVAC sub undersized the furnace and A/C. So, the thing never stopped running. We called 5 contractors and got estimates for a cheap fix, up to the best fix. A ground source heat pump is the best fix, so we priced them from three reputable installers. Rehagen came in $4,000 less than the next cheapest, and they were highly recommended by others. They also had good references. So far so good on day one.
