We have a $35. per hour charge for handyman and plumbing services with a 3 hour minimum charge. We prefer to bid painting, carpentry, room additions and remodeling work. We are also knowledgeable about buying distressed & foreclosed real estate, fixing up and then selling the properties. We flipped houses for over 9 years and do offer consulting in this area.
