Description of Work: I contacted the company by e-mail and they were very fast to respond. The two men who cleaned the carpet were on time and very courteous and professional. They worked quickly and even got finger nail polish out of my carpet.T The only part that is pricey is the mileage but with gas prices what they are that is understandable but if you have a neighbor that you can combine services with you both save.I will call them again, the carpet looks like new.
