Description of Work: He installed a whole water softener and a reverse osmosis for the drinking water. The system was installed. He explained to us as what to keep track of for user maintenance.

 + -1 moreI called Rusty the owner and told him my tennants said there was a sewage smell in one of the bedrooms, and I thought there must be a leak. He came out and looked under the house and there was standing water in the crawl space, and there was a leak where the PVC in the house connected to the old cast iron piupe. He had to get a backhoe to dig a whole big enough to get under the foundation and to pull out about 8ft of old drain line. New PVC drainline was installed, and he also added an outside cleanout to have access to run a snake through the drain line both ways. Problem solved, no more sewage smell.
Description of Work: He had to dig a trench to provide access under the foundation to get to the main drain line which was cast iron. He had to remove the old cast iron pipe, and replace with pvc pipe. The main drain line is now replaced and working well, and also a clean-out was added for easy access if the drain line gets clogged in the future. I am very satisfied with work mperformed.

 + -1 moreThe owner was very informative about what I would need to do, what products he used, and approximate cost of services without a onsite visit. Stated he had experience in this type of installation. I decided to do more research into my house needs, and did not contact this company back.
