Description of Work: They arrived early on a Thursday morning and started stripping our very worn roof and at the same time started laying down the new roof. In two days their 6 man crew came and removed a very worn roof (two layers), laid down a new roof and left. They were very tidy, professional, and courteous. | |Our job was probably a little more expensive because the previous owners had put a new roof over the top of an old roof. So the crew had to remove two layers. | |

Description of Work: Clint arrived promptly (after other roofers put us off repeatedly) and assessed the damage causing our leak. Our business is in an old building in downtown Mountain View, Mo. and our roof was pulling away from the wall (!). After giving the estimate, Clint returned the next day, before the estimate had really been finalized, to stabliize the roof because bad weather was forecasted! This personal concern was the clincher. I felt that Clint was treating us like family and his concern for the possibility that things could worsen before he could permanently fix the roof was awesome! He also insisted that we call our insurance company (they initially refused coverage, but when we asked for an adjuster to visit and he spoke with Clint- everything was approved). In all, they met, exceeded, and set new levels of expectations! Peggy was wonderful to always call with scheduling suggestions and updates about the work. She even called to say their estimate was over by $700 and so the total bill was reduced by that amount. I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone; they are a company to be trusted not to take advantage of an emergency situation, and to do the right thing because it is the right thing to do!
