Mark went above and beyond to not only discover any issues but discuss them at length with me and give me scenarios for repairing vs. replacing. His contracting background is very valuable as he is not the usual inspector who just tells you to call a contractor and leaves it at that. I am a real estate agent and I have rarely found this type of thorough knowledge in an inspector. Considering that the property is over 120 years old, it was invaluable to know what is normal due to aging and what is a real issue and if and how it could be fixed. I will hire him again and refer him to all my clients!
