Our project went as smooth as possible! Jason did a great job fixing the cracks in our basement. He showed up on time, did great work, kept the area clean, was very friendly & we finished with a great warranty! I will definitely be recommending you guys!

We ask for military discount the owner said no was not cooperative! Owner called the police nightmare experience!! Beware

Jesse was a friendly responsive professional person before I hired him. He arrived at my house promptly at 7am the first day. I was pleased. The team left by 2pm. Next day, the team did not arrive until 0830, which was fine. Jesse was not there and the team left by 11am. Hmmm. I was to be out of town for the third, and what I had been told was 3 days was the longest it would take to finish the project. The project took 4 days, which is what he said he had told me from the beginning. He did not. This is when he began literally arguing with me about what he had told me before he started. The arguing continued from then on. He completely forgot we had had a conversation about where to put the sump pump, and had to relocate the pit from one corner of the basement to another. Of course he claimed the conversation never took place, and all that mattered was that he had moved the pit. He was combative, and left my house without showing me how the sump pump worked, or things I needed to be aware of. He argued with me as if I was a personal relation to him. It was truly bizarre. He had told me before I hired him that he had an electrician friend that could hook up a dedicated outlet for my sump pump for $120 to $150. On the day he finished, he said he didn't employ electricians on his payroll and that his friend had nothing to do with the job. I asked why he had even mentioned his electrician friend if getting the work done was my responsibility. Now i have a guarantee for the life of the structure, and I will never call this combative man again. The guarantee is worthless to me. Hire Woods Basements! They cost more, however you will always be taken care of with a water abatement system that is an important part of your home. I could go on and on, but I won't. Do NOT hire this man or be fooled by this man. He has ZERO ability for customer service and is not someone I want any kind of long term guarantee life of the structure relationship with. Don't walk. Run.

Jesse the owner also does the work and he did a good job and also did it on time and quickly. His initial price was a little high but I had a number of bids and he quickly beat the best price I had. Seemed very knowledgeable and experienced in this type of work and I have not had any water seepage since and we've had some big rains. Would definitely use him again.

While the team was working on a "big" job for a neighbor, I asked if he would look at my small job. He came over, and gave me a fair quote for the job. He gave me a date, and showed up when he said he would. They did a very good job, cleaned up, and was as polite and respectful as could be. It turned out to be less work than he thought, so he reduced the bill to be commensurate with the effort involved. I would hire them again to handle any waterproofing job I might have.

Very professional, confident and courteous. Job was done quickly with full explanation. Payment options discussed. Price was right as estimated. Tidy work.

He's just very very knowledgeable and he also came to my daughter and son-in-law's house where they bought it and told them don't buy this house, so they didn't because it had massive water problems and then they bought another house and they had him come out and check that house. I think he was very fair. He's the only person we would use.
