Ramos and team were prompt and proffessional and did a great job at all they did. We were very happy with them and with the job they did. We are already planning to have them plant some larger trees for us, and we will definitely want to hire them again for any needs we have in the future. Their price was definitely reasonable, and they worked hard and efficiently.

The men were a litle early even after admitting they got lost! They were very nice and worked the entire day (8hrs. on a Sunday) w/just a short break for lunch. The mulching looked great. The bordering looks to need to be re-done though, as if not dug down into the ground deep enough. Grass and weeds moved into the beds pretty quickly. I did not really use the "landscape" portion of the "deal" as I was happy w/my beds. I asked for plant suggestions in some areas which were given to me. I would use again and recommend.

Original "big deal" was for landscape design consultation. Took a few weeks to hear back from them. Once issues were explained and a job was decided on, things went smoothly.

Everything went very well. William came over the day after I called to have a look and came back within a day or two with a bid and samples of the brick. He and his crew always showed up when they said they would, worked hard throughout the day, were polite and quiet, and always cleaned up when they were done for the day. They knew exactly what they were doing and did the job right. William was always available if we had questions. We are very happy with the end result and are going to have him come back and install the same brick edging around the bed that surrounds our patio. We have had several compliments from the neighbors. William and his crew have been a pleasure to work with and we would definitely recommend them.

What can I say, the most amazing landscaping job I have ever seen! Our neighbors keep stopping by and commenting on how terrific the house and patio look. In fact several have asked for the contact information for our landscaper. Extremely reasonable and the hardest working landscapers I have ever seen. Even continued working during the rains that we had. With William Ramos himself overseeing the entire project, we were even able to go on vacation and the project was completed by the time we arrived home. I would definitely hire again and in fact intend too for the landscaping and new patio at my daughter's house in O'Fallon. Just want to let everyone know that you can not go wrong by hiring William Ramos Landscaping. I would be more than happy to share photos of his incredible work should anyone wish to see. I wanted the work done while I was away on vacation because guests were coming right after I returned. He came and did a consultation, we talked price, and in part because of the great recommendations he's gotten here, I hired him. Sure enough, he came while I was gone and I was greeted by a neat and well-cared for yard and garden, as promised. Would definitley use again. He also had some great suggestions for other more intensive improvements we could make to improve drainage, etc. on the property, but no pressure. I suspect his strong suit is earthmoving and hardscape -- steps, patios, drainage. But he did great with the bushes and flowerbeds.

Christy and I had difficulty scheduling, and then when we got all details ironed out, they were booked up for several weeks. I begged them to do the work before my daughters first birthday party, and while I didn't get verbal confirmation, they showed up and did a fantastic job. We'd gotten a break on the first 8 hours of service, after that they billed normal price. They worked very hard, and I happened to be home when they were there.Owner was there for 1/2 the day. Really enjoyed the results.

I called to schedule an estimate for landscaping my backyard around the patio. It had grown over with weeds so much that we couldn't use the patio. William (the owner) was very nice on the phone and came out a couple days later to give the estimate. We walked around and he told me what his suggestions were. He seemed very knowledgable and talked about working for a local nursery for many years before starting his own landscaping business. He dropped off a written estimate and we agreed. With all the rain, he had to do our job over a few days but he and his employees came out and worked quickly (and quietly) each time. I am so happy with the results, all high quality materials and very inexpensive compared to other estimates. I've always thought going with a bigger company would be best but I'm sure glad I trusted William with the job. I can't stop admiring how nice it looks! They even trimmed a couple trees near the patio and added a large paver stone under my garden hose for convenience. Very nice surprises! I've been apprehensive about using a landscaper from Angie's list having had a bad experience with an entirely different landscaping company a few years ago, especially after I wrote a negative review about them. But I am thrilled to write good things about my experience this time! They are a small company but the results are far beyond my expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ramos landscaping to everyone.

William and his team are very hard workers. Worked 12 hours and completed job as promised. Very good work.

After I received the initial bid and drawing, I had some questions that were answered promptly by Christy. We made some changes from the original drawing and they began work on the project on time. I had to postpone the start of project due to my elderly mothers health concerns, but they worked with me on that very efficiently. Mr. Ramos and his 2 employees were professional, polite and worked very hard to complete the job on time. Mr. Ramos stayed behind to water the new plants extensively and explained the care of the new plants and bushes to me.

I purchased 16 hours of labor on an Angie's List Special Deal. Three men including Mr. Ramos worked throughout the day and did a beautiful job as described above. They were very responsive, punctual, hard-working, and did a great job with complete clean-up a the end of the day.

Purchased "Deal" for $250 for landscaper for 8hrs...Paid an extra $50 for 1/2 hour over the time with 2 workers for 4 hrs. I thought William Ramos did a very nice job and I would consider him/his company for future landscaping projects.

Overall - excellent. So much work was done while my husband and I were at work. Within a week the existing patio was tore out, much of the existing base was removed, clay dirt was removed then replaced with a new deeper base, new pavers were laid with a nice pattern. William's employees are hard workers! Without a doubt - Ramos Landscaping will get more business from us!

Very courteous, responsive and prompt response to my original inquiry. Was able to get out to the property almost immediately for an estimate. The job was completed by the weekend. Very easy to work with. Am an absentee owner, so did not see results personally, but property manager seemed pleased with results. Plan to use again for routine maintenance.

The entire experience was great! William kept us up to date on the project and steps each day of the project. He and his workers really worked hard. We definitely plan to use Ramos Landscaping again!
