+ -1 moreVERY WELL. CONTRACTOR DID NOT RESIST OR COMPLAIN ABOUT CHANGES DURING PROJECT. I WAS BATTLING A SERIOUS ILLNESS AT THAT TIME AND THE TWO MAN CREW BECAME MY BUDDIES DURING THE PROJECT. EVEN STAINED OUR PORCH SWING WITHOUT BEING ASKED TO AND A LOG WITH OUR NAME CARVED IN IT WAS STAINED TWICE AS WE CHANGED THE COLOR.
Description of Work: PREPARED, PRIMED AND PAINTED/STAINED ENTIRE HOME AND AND LARGE OUTBUILDING INCLUDING TWO DECKS AND ALL TRIM.

The final bill actually came in slightly under the quote due to less materials required. The quality of all work performed was very, very good. We are extremely pleased and would recommend them highly.
Description of Work: Patterson Painting pressure washed my entire home and painted all wood trim, shutters, and exterior doors.

+ -1 morePatterson Painting LLC was recommended to me by the local reps from a Paint Store in Foristell, MO. I had three bids and Bryce Patterson's bid was in the middle. He worked in the evenings on my house. Unlike the other contractors who bid on the job, Bryce has all the proper painting equipment to get the job done. He used scaffolds, ladders, and other equipment to ensure he was able to get to all corners of the walls. Also, his crew was very polite. The quality of his work was second to none. Bryce gets a lot of business but believe me, he is worth the wait.
Description of Work: Bryce Patterson painted all the rooms of my house. Approximate square feet: 3,500. Painted all walls.
