Although Noble Roofing did initially respond & send a rep to our home to look at the gutter replacement job, the rep never got back in touch regarding an estimate for the job. When he was initially at the house, I asked him if the job was too small & he assured me, "There's no job too small." I liked his positive response & said he could have the job since we've called several gutter companies & no one has returned our calls (presumably since we live so far out of town). The rep responded that Noble Roofing was actually working in our neighborhood at the time, then asked if he could go on the roof to check things out from up there. Once on the roof, it was obvious that he was more interested in selling me a new roof than actually doing the gutter job I asked about. I explained that I wasn't interested in getting a new roof at this time; that I just needed the gutter replaced on our garage. Again, I asked him if the gutter job was too small & he said, "No, there's no such thing as job too small for Noble. We have our gutter guy working in your neighborhood this week, so I'll figure up an estimate & have him stop by while he's in the neighborhood. Besides, if we do a great job on the gutter replacement, then perhaps you'll call Noble for a new roof down the road." We then discussed solutions for the gutter job. Before he left, I asked the rep a third time if the job was too small & he said no. He promised he'd get back in touch with me in the next day or two with an estimate for 6" gutter replacement with a 3x4 downspout & to talk about when they could do the job. Well, the next day or two turned into a week, which ended up turning into 3 WEEKS! Needless to say, Noble did NOT do the job - nor did they keep even keep their promise to provide a job estimate - DESPITE being asked 3 different times during the same visit if the job was worth their time. All we can say is, if we ever DO need a new roof, we definitely will NOT (under ANY circumstances) contact Noble Roofing to do the work! After all, if they can't be "bothered" to provide a simple estimate, & they can't be honest about the job being "worth" their time, what "guarantee" does a homeowner have that Noble Roofing will actually DO a job? Although other customers on Angie's list rated Noble Roofing with A's & a few B's - based on our experience, Noble Roofing gets solid F's across the ENTIRE board....

I got them from Angie's List. Everything is really good. They took the old shingles off. No wood needed to be replaced. They finished in one day. They hauled off the shingles and everything was cleaned up.

Rick came in an emergency. The roof was leaking and causing damage to the ceiling. He arrived within 2 hours and personally climbed on the roof in a driving rain, heavy wind and lighting. He tarped the roof and deferred further damage. A few days later he returned with 3 written options, to correct the leak. We picked the most extensive as we wanted not only to correct but upgrade the roof. His 12 man crew arrived as scheduled and worked til 7:00 pm. They completed 85%. The second day 2 guys showed up and finished the job. They were polite, professional and efficient. This was a big job done fast and efficiently. The roof has weathered two huge wind and rain storms without a single problem. I was amazed at how well Rick calculated materials. Probably no more than 1% over. Great job. Though I don't expect to ever need him again, if I did he'd be the first I'd call.

Process from beginning to end with Noble was painless. I needed a new roof due to storm damage. When the Noble Roofing agent, David Bourke, came out to walk the roof he also found damage to the shingles on my house as well. He volunteered to come and assess the damage with the insurance claims adjuster. He came to my house promptly, and did in fact, walk the roof, siding and gutter damages with the agent. He also exchanged information with the adjuster. After completing this part of the process, Dave gave me a rough estimate as to what to expect the insurance company to pay out in damages. I was very upfront with Noble and told them that I had no wiggle room financially. I could come up with my insurance deductible but that in itself would be a feat. They were more than willing to work with my budget and also allowed me to may 2 payments, allowing me time to receive in several pay periods. Of note, this was also right at Christmas and year-end tax time. Dave gave me a projected start date, which was in November so also warned me that the weather may be an issue. Supplies were delivered on the date which I was told. The workers actually were expected 2 days prior to their arrival, however I was assured that the roof would be a 2 day max job. The workers were finished in 2 days as promised. The siding and gutters also were installed with issue, and in the time that was promised. Dave was in close contact with me through out the process. One simple thing that helped immensely as I work the night shift, was that most of our communication was done via texting. I would definitely recommend Noble Roofing again. The company was actually recommended to me via a close friend, I then checked Angie's List and found them to be listed as well. Since my experience, I have recommended Noble to friends and also on Facebook. I felt like they listened to my financial concerns, and gave me excellent service at the price in which I was originally estimated at.

Worked VERY well with my insurance company and mortgagee in financial portion of transaction. They also helped with the insurer when the siding that was originally to be replaced didn't match the rest of the siding. (Insurer then paid for whole house to be re-sided.) Service was provided in a timely fashion. Quality of work was good. Yard clean-up was good. I downgraded primarily on slowness of providing lien waivers for the job. I would use this provider again.

They were a really good roofing company and we really liked them. His name was Rick Noble and he was very good. He did very well and did very well taking care of everything around the house. He not only cleaned up everything, his workers are from the area. He has Warrenton people hired to do the work; he hires local people. He may be a bit more expensive but they did a fabulous job. There was a drip rail left off of one area. My husband called him up and he was out there to put it on. He stands out and we would recommend him. Everything was put on correctly. It was a good job. We have a lot of plants and they laid huge tarps all around the house when they were pulling the old roof off and collected everything that was thrown off the roof. They also went around with a magnetic thing to pick up all the nails. They stood out. The price was worth what they did and they didn't damage anything. We would definitely use him again. We chose him because we wanted local people doing the work.
