Missouri Basement

I had a very unfavorable experience with them. I would not recommend them at all. I talked to him and his availability was horrible. I was successful in contacting him basically twice, one to come out to the house and give me an estimate and a second time via phone to engage him for that service. We agreed upon the time and he never did show up and as days approached for that appointment for him to show up with his crew and waterproof my basement, I repeatedly tried to get a hold of him to confirm that he was coming and I could not do that. His voice mail was full. He did not return any call. The date came and went and he never showed up. I actually ended up having to hire a different company to do that work long after the scheduled appointment time for him to repair it had come and gone. His professionalism was not that bad but when it came for the services to be provided, he was nowhere to be found and I couldn't get a hold of him. His website even had an address. I went to his address that is listed on the website and that was a one-bedroom apartment in a huge complex. I knocked on the door. There was a tape over the doorbell and no one answered so it is truly a fly-by-night operation.

We contacted Missouri Basement for estimate on our street creep issue. They came out gave estimate on driveway and the basement. The day of the appointment, they showed up on time, even with it raining. The cut our driveway, put in a rubber expansion joint. In the basement they injected 2 cracks and then fiberlocked each of those cracks. They were here, cleaned up and gone in just a few hours. Nothing has moved or changed since they have been here. No complaints here..

I thought they were very professional. I think they were the ones that has and i-Pad and they were able to draw a plan right there on site.

Called, got an estimate very quickly, approved the estimate, they came to work 2 days later, finished in one day and BOOM new window wells for the basement!

I had a good experience. They were not my cheapest bid, but I was the most comfortable with the estimator and quote. They stuck to their schedule, did a nice professional job, and were attentive to me. Seems like a great company.

They were very easy to work with. They were very personable. They did everything they said they were going to do. They were here on time, and they completed the work in the timeframe they gave me. They were also reasonable on costs. The job was excellent. They are a value vendor, and they stand behind what they do.
