Midtown has a very knowledgeable and friendly team. The project coordinators were helpful and kept us updated on schedule. They gave us a list of staff members and contact numbers. Staff was always available to assist. They care about the end result and that the job is finished to the customer's satisfaction. Good people! Would hire them again for future home improvements.

Workers arrived promptly, did all the work needed to be done and left after cleaning everything up. We are pleased with the new roof and look forward to have it last. If we needed another new roof, we would return to the same company.

Midtown Home Improvements was wonderful! Their input helped me to solve problems I had in the fence I wanted. In the end, I have a beautiful fence at a reasonable price and very quickly too! Donnie had it finished it only 2 days! Everyone was a pleasure to work with!

The old fence was removed and the new fence installed in one day. The installers were efficienct and professional. All waste and supplies were gone at the end of the day.

The install went fine, with the exception of a missing piece of backsplash. Apparently the space was not measured originally. The outcome was beautiful.

They hoped to be able to get this deck done for me by sometime in November. I am pleased to say my new deck was finished October 22nd and the worksite was cleaned up October 26th.

From start to finish, TOP NOTCH!!!! Salesman was knowledge gave realistic timelines and demonstrated the quality of the product and the difference in their custom made product and the competition's quality and gave us an acceptable quote. The office called and scheduled the work long before they originally said. They called to let us know that there would be a delivery. The installers arrived on time and completed within the time line stated. They cleaned up the work area and other than the beautiful fence that remained you would never known they were here. GREAT COMPANY!!! GREAT QUALITY!!!! GREAT LOOKING FENCE!!!!

Company is very professional. Salesmen pushy but loved the carpenter. Company kept in contact throughout the process via email and phone to make sure all was well. Made sure I knew the schedule and when things were going to happen.

Midtown did a great job on my roof - it looks incredible, the people were really nice and cleaned everything up. They were very fast as well.

Our encounter was the result of a random guy knocking on door and us deciding to get something scheduled to discuss siding costs. What we ended up with was a very aggressive sales process that started with some very inflated prices, and then slowly made there way down. Lots of games were played, as they pretended to be pulling out many special offers, and we were being told multiple times that X price was the lowest price they could do. With enough No, not now, or need to sleep on it type replies they would then provide another price. Overall it felt like buying a used car from a very shady dealer. I don't doubt that their quality of work is probably great, or at least it better be at their prices. They will never get my money strictly because of how the sales process went.

Midtown did a great job building our deck. There were some minor issues after the build, but Chris rectified all issues in a very timely manner. I would recommend this company.

Had windows replaced by Midtown Home improvements and we are very satisfied with every step of the process, they kept us informed from signing the contract to installation of windows. I was very skeptical of contractors but Midtown Home Improvements won us over, even our building inspector told us they did a great job. We have decided to have Midtown Home Improvements to remodel our bathroom.

I first chose Midtown over 3 others to replace my soffit and fascia, asked for them to include caulking all the windows. Cory professionally prepared the estimate and made sure to give me all discounts available. The work was gorgeous and done in a little over one day. I was very pleased. Cory let me know that I would receive 30% off on any other project since I had used them. I already had bathroom remodeling as my next project. Cory set up an appointment with Dave for an estimate. Cory came to the first meeting on his own time to make sure I was comfortable. Dave is awesome and helped me with making sure everything I picked would go well together (I needed this)! My bathrooms turned out impeccable not just because the materials were top notch, but DAN the installer did such good work. He worked smart, clean, quickly but carefully. I highly recommend Midtown for any home improvements.

Our living room window needed replacement. We were treated with respect and dignity. The window was high quality and the installers worked professionally arriving when convenient for us. They kept us informed at all times. Work was finished and cleaned up in no time. I would work with them again.

Extremely unprofessional!! They used high pressure tactics and belittling statements to try to pressure me. After spending 45 minutes on my deck talking, there was no way I was going to do business with these crooks. But when I wouldn't let him into my house he made some belittling comments, which I said were unnecessary and he should just stop talking. He instead made more belittling comments at which point I told him to F*#$ Off and get off my property. I later found out my neighbors had an equally horrible experience with them.

Great. These triple pane windows are the bees knees! Great team of workers the installer was very cool.

I hired Midtown to replace and repair front porch soffit and to remove railings. The job required repair and replace any damage from wood rot and repair siding. I must say that Midtown was Not the cheapest bid. The contract and deposit was started on July 6 and the job completed on Aug 9. Midtown estimated it would take 4-6 weeks. which was exact. I am very happy with the work and outcome of the project. I became impatient with all the measuring and the several trips out to verify siding color matching and etc. But, I have to say, it all worked out well. The soffit and siding all matched. I had to initiate a few phone calls to find out what and when, but they replied promptly each time. Thanks for a job well done. So far, I feel that the extra spent was worth it in quality and warranty.
