Vinyl Picket Fence & Gate: from Sales to Installation & Cleanup, a very professional group ... quality is solid ... finished product is VERY clean and proportioned well with respect to post placement ... they paid particular attention to the storm sewer grate in the backyard and knew the city/county codes for closeness, etc. ... first rate!

Project went well. Work was performed and completed right on schedule, ad promised. Changes were handled without any disagreement.

The major kitchen remodel went very smoothly. It really never seemed to be too instructive. We moved appliances, walls, etc., the contractor was very efficient and tried to make sure I could my appliances as soon as possible.

We purchased a 6foot white vinyl privacy fence from Midtown Home Improvements. The entire process was smooth and worry free. They were always in communication with us, updating us with every step of the process. Once we signed on the dotted line, they took it from there, for example, they pulled the permits for the job. Their crew was professional, respectful and clean, always picking up their work area. Due to weather, it took 1.5 days to finish the project. We were impressed with the speed of the project and how well it was done. The fence looks beautiful! It provides us with the privacy we have been longing for and the look we imagined. We highly recommend using Midtown Home Improvement for any project you have in mind.

We signed our contract and placed the order in late-September 2018. The contracted materials order and quoted project cost were guaranteed for one-year. We initially planned having the door and arch window replaced in November 2018,; however, when the install team came out they reaccomplished measurements and realized the initial measurements for the arch window were off. We decided to preclude installation of just the door & casement, and had the company resubmit the measurements for the arch window and reorder a new window. The install was rescheduled, but weather precluded the install. We were able to conclude the install in early-spring 2019. The install went very smoothly. Very professionally done. Front entry opening was only open for about 20-30 minutes during the swap out of the front entry. Arch window went smoothly. Whole project only took about 3 hours. Very pleased with the installation. Would recommend Midwest to friends for their needed home improvement projects.As a retired military officer, I was also pleased to get a military discount for the project.

It went great. Job was done in a timely manner. They look great everything was cleaned up after job was done. The gentleman that put in my windows did a great job and were respectful and answered any questions I had. Would refer to anyone. They did a great job. Would also have more work done with Midtown. If this were a 5 star rating: 2 stars for the deck actually looking nice. -1 star or their poor communication. -1 star for their crazy high price. -1 star for the job not being completed for over 3 months now. And the cement patio that was poured looks terrible. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The price was fair and windows arrived in the time estimated. Installation was excellent with insulation placed around the rough-in frame before sealing with caulk (inside and out). Flashing was installed professionally on the exterior so that each window blended perfectly with the house and siding. Had to have a couple of basement windows reordered due to manufacturing error preventing them from opening properly. No hesitation by the installer to correct any defects. Staff keeps you updated with e-mails from ordering to delivery and installation, and that keeps you reassured that they are staying on top of your order. It was an excellent experience!

Our experience was great! We loved the guys that came to install the windows they were kind and respectful of our space. The did an excellent job and the windows have completely upgraded our home! Our heating bill is lower than it was and it has brightened everything up and made our house feel more complete. :). We highly recommend them!

Everything went well, just a bit delayed due to very poor weather. The roofers were there on time, did the work and cleaned up after themselves. We are very pleased.
