It was great. It was a more expensive than a wood fence but it was gorgeous and more sturdy than other options. We are completely happy with the price we paid and love our new fence. The installation when quickly and the site was organized and clean each evening. Way cleaner than I would have left it :).

Great experience, wasnt planning on buying so soon but they offered a great deal for a great product. The fence looks good -they did a great job. They were friendly, once they started it only took a couple days, and left things clean each day. We are happy with our new fence.

Wow! Dave did an amazing job on my kitchen. He was professional, courteous, and very clean throughout the reno. I was never left with a mess. The attention to detail was incredible! Seriously, even the screws on the outlet & switch covers were all turned to the same spot. I've been called O.C.D., I prefer the term perfectionist, but it's the little things I notice.

Staff was professional from quote to install. Install was quick, thorough and painless. Work crew answered questions, left the job site clean everyday and knocked it out in record time.

They replaced 38 windows with 19 and completed it in one day. We noticed an immediate improvement in energy put out by our air conditioner.

We truly appreciated Midtown Hope Improvements. We had compared competitors and the best bang for our buck was this group. When we decided to purchase the windows, we told them that we had a new baby (#3) coming and that we needed it done before he arrived. They made sure to be prompt! When the man installed our windows, he was very cognizant of our sleeping children during nap time, and he also let our oldest follow him around to ask questions about what he was doing. It was a 2 day job, and the man worked in the cold of the Midwest winter that was unplanned for (winter?spring?.. we never knew what was next!). After the windows were installed, we thought we felt a draft, so they promptly came back to recheck the window we were concerned about. It appeared that it was more of a house issue than a window issue, but I was still very appreciative that they made the trip to make sure. We have more windows to replace in the future, and we will definitely be choosing them to finish the job!

They arrived at the house at 9am and finished at 1230pm. They cleaned up the mess and my husband and i were completely happy with the job.

Over the past 3 years we have used Midtown Home Improvements to replace all 21 windows and the sliding glass door to our deck in our home. We started out with just a few windows because we wanted to see how they treated us from the quote process through the installation. After 3 years and 21 windows and doors we couldn't be happier. They approach all aspects of the quote, sale, and installation processes with a pleasant blend of professionalism, personal connection, and friendliness that made the whole process very pleasant and enjoyable. The high quality of all the processes had not changed over the 3 year time frame that we have used them. The entire process was smooth and well-explained. We have a custom sized window on the 2nd story of our house that has needed replacement since we bought the house (it is 51"x55"). Midtown was kind and courteous from the beginning to end. The difference in their windows compared to others was quite remarkable. The price was about the same as others we had looked at, but the quality of the window was better. Plus, the customer service and the attention to detail was a huge plus. We will definitely use Midtown for our next home improvement project.

We gutted our master bathroom and moved the plumbing, enlarged the shower, added new flooring, installed new cabinets, toilet and tub. The workmanship from Midtown was outstanding. They were very professional to work with and always showed up on time and cleaned after themselves. The results are we got the master bath of our dreams! We had a new fence installed and we had all of our windows replaced-great job We had the fence installed at the end of 2017 and we were very pleased. We had all of our windows replaced by them in March 2018

We are very pleased with the job Midtown did with our kitchen. They helped us with the remodeling design, provided a wide selection of materials (granite, tiles, etc.) to choose from, started and completed the job in a timely manner . They exceeded our expectations on the quality of their workmanship. We were also very pleased with the way they kept us informed every step of the way. I am extremely happy with the work done at my condo by Midtown Home Improvement. It was not an easy job, but it was completed on time and done beautifully. I have received many compliments on the look of the deck and materials used.

Everything went great! Our only delay in the completion of our project was due to rain & snow, which was unavoidable. Midtown always kept communication open and was very easy to work with. Our deck is beautiful!

Great! They were able to start our project ahead of schedule, even while accommodating my late additional to the project. The installer was good when it came to keeping us informed of his progress. We were surprised at how quick they had completed the project even with the weather.

Overall the experience was very good. Working with Ferguson Appliance Co. in Chesterfield was not a good experience. They were late ordering the appliances and delivery seemed to be a problem for them. This caused delays in getting work completed.
