Not well, would not recommend.
Description of Work: None. They had a very disrespectful sales rep in my neighborhood who came to the door. I made it clear that i was not in the market to have any work done but he really was pushing for a hard sale. Based on this exchange alone i was not very pleased. Later i left my home to check the mail and found a paper with Midtown Home improvement letterhead in my driveway in a crumpled up ball. This paper had my name, my wifes name and our address. I guess since there was not any money coming out of our house, it was fine to litter. I will not be looking to contact this company for anything and i dont recommend anyone should.

Very satisfied.
Description of Work: New vanity in new home had large chip in right front, very visible. They repaired it and you now cannot see evidence of any work being done. It looks like it should now. Repair tech was very polite and cleaned up after the work was done. I would recommend these folks.

As the owner, I take all complaints very seriously. I checked our database and did not find any information on this person. If we did not have her in our system we would not have been able to make any contact. If she placed a phone call to our office and we did not respond, shame on us. However, she makes it sound like we were supposed to do work and did not show. That was not the case at all. We follow up on all requests for our services as we have been doing for the past 20 years we have been in business. Call us and give it a try!
