I appreciated the updates on the progress of my order. I never had to wonder where I was in the cue. From my initial contact through the final clean up, everyone was profefessional and conscientious. I'm very pleased with the quality and look of my new window.

The work was good, the prices were rational, the schedule was kept on time, and the materials they used were great. I didn't know that cabinets were this good now. I recommend them without hesitation. The best part of the process is that they committed to 6 weeks and met that goal. The project did not linger forever.

The people were very friendly. The work was done in a very timely fashion. They went out of their way to do a few extras. And when the job was done you could not tell they were here except for the new roof. Their clean up was very meticulous.

We can't say enough great things about Midtown Home Improvements and Rob Workman their sales representative. From the initial contact and through the entire process we felt informed of our choices and the progress along the entire way. At no point did we ever feel pressured to purchase anything. Thank you! We first had our windows replaced but because of our positive experience we had them replace our entry door as well and we couldn't be happier. We're now looking forward to getting more work done in the future.

I had a wonderful and helpful installer which made the project go much easier. He worked with me to achieve the desired finished project. As the pricing is higher than hiring individuals for each service needed, having it all done and ready to use in 4 weeks made it worth it at this time in my life. I am happy with the finished product.

Midtown Home Improvements has a great product. Admittedly it is a little pricey but it is well worth the money. The deck they built for us is beautiful, easy to care for and admired by all or friends and neighbors. We highly recommend Midtown and suggest you request Tom build the deck for you because he is meticulous and a great craftsman. Thanks Midtown for a job well done.

Quality work fast and efficient. I was originally told it would be 6-8 weeks before it would be installed by to my surprise it was done 3 1/2 weeks after my order was placed.

The crew was professional, kind, clean and got you involved when needed. I was shocked and pleased at how efficiently and accurately they executed their work. The end result is amazing!!!!

Hired this company to remodel my bathroom. Worst mistake my husband and I ever made!!! They trashed our house-scratched are floor, knicked up the walls, left all the old bathroom trash in our basement for a week, left dirty tools sitting on a clean bed. When Steve there apparently best guy went to place the tile in the shower he didn't account for the Durock behind it, and none of the tile lined up on one side of the wall. When he was confronted with the issue he said there was nothing wrong with the way it was layed- come on now, my husband doesn't know anything about remodeling but he knew he didn't account for the Durock- if this is there best guy I would hate to see there worst. The vanity that they uses was not what I had pictured,all there products they use are so cheap, I spent more on a curtain rod, vent cover, and medicine cabinet then the materials they used. The tiles in our shower already have crack through the grout. Would I hire this company again NO, would I refer them to a friend ...lol NO

We contracted Midtown do a partial kitchen remodel involving granite countertops, a farmhouse sink, a new door and crown molding on existing cabinets. Midtown was easy to work with and their installers were excellent; fast, thorough and friendly. I also appreciated that they worked with me on scheduling as I performed a portion of the work myself (backsplash, cabinet re-finish and floors). We had a couple of minor issues, but they were taken care of immediately. I'll be honest, I'm not crazy about some of their sales tactics, but we had already decided we were going to get the work done, so it wasn't as much of a factor to us. Overall a very positive experience, I would use them again.

I will continue to highly recommend Midtown. The bathroom remodel process was flawless and accommodating to my selections of tile. Bill Lucas and Guy Neven answered all my questions throughout the process. I will use them for my future needs.

Replaced 7 windows in our home. Fantastic product! Sales associate that came to our home was very polite, didn't pressure us into anything. He did seem a little disorganized during his presentation though. The gentleman that came out and did the measurements was very nice and finished his work quickly, probably less than 15 minutes. The installers were awesome! They got right to work, had all old windows out and new ones installed in about 5 hours, which I was impressed with. Everything was cleaned up nicely. Finished work looked great, no damage was done to any part of the house around the windows, which was a concern of mine. They also showed how to work the windows as far as how to make sure they lock properly and how to fold windows down for cleaning. Overall very happy with everything. Will be doing business with Midtown in the future for sure. Can't wait to get those lower electric and gas bills!

Midtown Home Improvements did an outstanding job on our deck. The service has been great and the craftsman was outstanding. The work he did was of the highest quality and demonstrated superior skill. I loved the whole experience with Midtown Home Improvements. The office called me and kept me informed the whole way from measuring appointments, production to scheduling my appointment. to installation. Installers were very professional. Very satisfied with the outcome.
