Excellent job on the windows, as well as 2 new sliding doors that were installed. There were some delays due to extremely cold weather, but that could not be helped. Interior cleanup in my house was performed impeccably. This is a very solid company, reliable and accommodating. I have no complaints.

The workers performed in a very professional manner, and the final result looks very good (neighbors have commented approvingly) and professionally done (although I am not an expert on construction). My only complaint is a minor one: after the job was done and the workers had left, I found a lot of very small industrial waste (metal shavings, screws, pieces of plastic and wood, even cigarette butts) in my yard, especially in one area where they had set up shop. I don't know how they might have cleaned that up, unless with a giant magnet; at least I have the luxury of more time to gradually pick it out of my lawn. Aside from that one detail, though, I am quite satisfied with the results.

The only thing my complaint is that it took longer than expected to get the windows ordered.

The quality of installation of windows and railings was good. Although I had to wait for 3 months but I canâ t complain about it. I had agreed to be flexible in terms of timing due to the price that was offered. The high pressure sales tactics definitely needs to be revisited as it backfires and potentially loses the customerâ s trust on most occasions.
