MidTown has remodeled 2 full bathrooms in my home and we love the work they've done here. Both contractors were professional and kind - even when having to work around my autistic sons' quirks and schedules. Just a pleasant experience from start to finish!

Very professional

They kept us updated on the progress from ordering to making to installing. They came when they said the would and I was very happy with the new windows. They look wonderful, they did a great job!

They replaced the flooring in two bathrooms, both commodes and a shower. Excellent work, professional and pleasant. We are going to have them replace two sliding glass doors this month.

Do not hire them. They do not do what they say they will do. My project started on 7/28/2020 and as of today 10/1/2020, it is not finished yet. They told the loan company, it was the loan company called us to start payments. When we told them we did not sign a completion form they said someone did. He was not able to send us a copy of the signed form yet. MidTown of Kansas city has terrible customer service and no one there tells the truth. They sent one guy to get us finished, and he came late afternoon and did not come back for 3-4 days later. The project is still not done.

Workers were courteous friendly and respectful. Did the job in one day. Looks great.

They built a screened in porch and were able to get it up pretty quickly once they started. We had a deadline to hurry before a birthday party and they were able to accommodate.

Painless process from start to finish. Had to order the windows and was told it would be several weeks until the installation. Was kept updated weekly until the work was done. Felt confident I was in good hands. Install was awesome, high quality work by Roger. Great company to do business with.

This is a maintenance free deck that should last my lifetime. On the higher end of the cost scale but I didn't want wood that would need stained or painted. And I especially didn't want decking material that deteriorates after 5 years. Or discolors and gets covered in mold. Very sturdy build. Build team asked me about any issues they ran into and together we worked out a plan. Very happy with the people and the deck.

My wife and I were very pleased with our window project through Midtown Home Improvements. We had 6 original windows replaced by Midtown for what we considered to be a reasonable price. The windows are excellent quality. The installation was fast and efficient. Two workers performed the installation in less than half a day. They were very professional and cleaned everything up afterward. We highly recommend their product and their work.

Waited a couple of months to get the project started. We were very satisfied with the finished product. We have received numerous compliments from our neighbors about how nice it looks.

Initial personal do not communicate. I almost canceled their service. Had to be very proactive to get what I wanted.
