We hired MH Construction for a kitchen renovation, and we are thrilled with their work! Mike and his team were excellent from start to finish. Mike kept in regular contact with us throughout the process, answering our questions and working out the design. He and his team were amazingly efficient, often getting more completed each day than weâ d anticipated, and they were polite, professional, and always kept the work area clean and safe. They also went the extra mile and conscientiously fixed unexpected issues they found, including several smaller electrical and plumbing glitches. Best of all, we couldnâ t be happier with the end product: our kitchen is beautiful and more functional than ever. Weâ ll recommend MH Construction to all of our friends, and weâ d be delighted to hire them again in the future!

MH Contracting is my number one choice for any type of plumbing work. First, their Veteran owned and that means a lot! Equally important is that they perform the highest quality work. They're, organized, responsive, respectful, professional, courteous, get the work completed the first time and they clean up after themselves. They truly take care of the customer. I first met them through a general contractor who signed on to do a large remodel project for me that included the complete rearranging of all second floor plumbing. They were impressive during the remodel and because of that, I've used them for all my plumbing work ever since! They're fantastic and won't disappoint!

Mike and his team are absolutely wonderful to work with. We moved into our new home in October of 2020 and our basement was completely unfinished at the time. We worked with Mike to create plans to add a bedroom, office, laundry room, family room, and an additional bathroom. During the project, we were so happy with Mike and his team that we asked if he would be able to help us with the upstairs as well. For the upstairs, MH contracting removed a wall that separated the kitchen and living room, removed carpet in the bedrooms, updated two bathrooms with new tile and vanities, along with installing new vinyl plank flooring throughout the upstairs. The wall was removed flawlessly and you would never know that there was a wall there. For the basement, they stabilized the stairs, installed completely new framing, fixed plumbing components that were not up to code from the previous owner, fully insulated and dry walled, painted, all new electrical and panel upgrades, added an egress window, and laid new vinyl plank flooring. The basement is now completely finished with proper permits and fully passed inspections. Mikeâ s communication was great throughout the entire project and all of his team members were very polite, clean, and helpful. He kept us up to date on any material delays throughout the pandemic and set proper expectations. There were material delays that were out of Mikeâ s control so the projects took about four and a half months to complete but they were a pleasure to work with the entire time. We would absolutely recommend Mike and his team to any of our friends and family for any work youâ re looking to have done to your home or business.

I searched this app for someone to finish our basement and MH Contracting was one of the recommended contractors. Man are we glad! Mike was very professional with the initial meeting where we discussed our vision for the basement. He listened to our ideas and gave us some direction as well which we really needed. He sent the quote and a CAD drawing of the layout. Their cost per square foot was very fair to other quotes but something drew me to Mike. We were set to start in the fall which was the height of Covid and then we got sick. Mike was very flexible with pushing the start schedule out a couple of weeks for us to get better and to make sure our house was clean and sanitized. When they started all protocols were taken. Mike?s entire crew was very professional and were wonderful in answering our questions and open to discussing our requests along the way. All in all, so very accommodating and the end result was amazing. They were involved in all aspects of the job from framing, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting and finishing. Nothing was left unattended by someone from Mike?s crew. We have recommended MH Contracting to our neighbors and have found our contractor for every project moving forward. I never write reviews but knew I had to this time because our basement is now an integral part of our home. It?s absolutely beautiful!

We have nothing but good things to say about MH Contracting. We looked for months for someone to finish our 1400 sq ft basement. We found them on Home Advisor, upon meeting Michael we knew we found the team to trust in our home to complete this job. Once we started the job, everything that happened was explained and carried out swiftly. The basement is everything we wanted and then some. We live everything they did for us. We will hire them again.

Can t possibly say enough good things about this company! Dependable, cleaned as they went, showed up exactly when they said, finished the job in less time than we expected! Typically contract workers show up looking like bums that you are afraid of letting in your home... not these guys. Clean cut and personable. Answered questions freely without making us feel like we were intruding. This company installed a closet in our bedroom that when finished appeared to have been built when house was built! No simple task since we have extremely decorative crown molding with rope lights that they had to duplicate. I could go on forever but will just finish with.... great company to work with. Mike and team finished our basement for us. Everything about the experience was great. Mike responded quickly to any texts or emails. Once they started the project they were here until the project was done. Quality workmanship and everyone who was here was great to work with and courteous. There should be no hesitations in hiring MH Contracting.

Not one portion of this job was done correctly. The men were rude and took my extra hard wood from the flooring with them so I have no extra any more. Measurements were off with the wall and toilet placements so the bathrooms look weird. The painting and finish work is equally poorly done.

We had nothing but a positive experience with MH Contracting. The garage attached to our house was practically completely destroyed when a vehicle accidentally went through it. Michael was extremely courteous and communicated with us through the entire reconstruction project. His crew exercised good camaraderie, working together as a team. The siding was cut precisely correct and applied beautifully to our home. The brick was reinstalled very well. We have cedar wood on the front of our home, which can be difficult to work with, but the paint color is beautiful as well as the trim. The inside of the garage was repaired well, too. The new garage door looks great and works great, too. Michael even added a few pieces of wood above the garage on the outside of the house at no cost to us, knowing those new pieces would look better than the old ones after they were painted. And, he provided my 94 yr old step-father with a nice discount for the entire project for being a WW2 Veteran. All I can say is that at least 2 neighbors have yelled out from their vehicles that the house looks great-- and I think those neighbors opinions speak the loudest for the workmanship of Michael and his company.

Mike and team built a deck for our house out at Innsbrook, added new piers for reinforcement, did a nice job with clean up and we are very pleased with his work. I hope to hire him again

Great experience working with mike and his crew. Did a flooring job for me in 1 day and did very good quality clean work. Guys cleaned up when they were done and the floor looked great. I'm planning to use them again on a basement finishing project in the near future.
