Description of Work: Hired them to put a Timbertech deck on my mom's house. Keith (owner) came out with plenty of samples sat down and went through all the details with my mother, drew up the plans and made changes with no hassles. He is very professional and easy to work with in the planning stages and explains things very well (my mother had very little knowledge of what goes into building a deck). Overall the communication with him is great once he gets close to your job on the list. Once his crew starts, they are very efficient and if an issue comes up they work to make it right. (In Mom's case she wanted to move the steps back a few feet and that was done with no issues or complaints. The crew leaves the work ares clean every night and at the end of the job it's like they were never there. Also and this was very important, Keith DOES NOT use pressure sales tactics and makes you feel like your bid is important to him. Of the bids I got for my mothers deck Keith's price was right in line with 3 of the 4 (the 4th had outragous prices and used very high pressure sales tactics) and the quality of the finished work makes me say I would absolutely hire him again for work at her house or my house. One of my mother's neighbors was so impressed with his work they also hired him do build a deck.

+ -1 moreKeimar General Contracting was quick to respond and very prompt in getting this project going. It is a very high quality material that they use that should last forever. This company is very easy to work with and easy to keep in contact with. I'm not sure what the final cost was, but it was very reasonable.
Description of Work: The built us a composite vinyl deck that is 20 x 25 square feet.
