 + -1 moreContacted the company and worked with Scott. He was very professional and courteous. Scott walked us through how each step of the process worked. He was very responsive with our questions, flexible with our schedule, showed up on time, and communicated very well. This is a heat treatment that raises the temperature in your house to kill the bed bugs and is the most effective means of doing so. As a side note, I missed pulling one candle from a shelf and it melted down a wall. Just a heads up on following through the checklist they provided but totally my fault for missing it.
Description of Work: Found bed bugs in one of our bedrooms.

They are prompt, thorough, and very happy to answer all of your questions! I highly recommend GTS. We are bug free, pesticide free, and it didn't break the bank!!

 + -1 moreI can't really say enough good things about Gateway. I had three providers come out to inspect my house for bedbugs. Two of them took about 15 minutes and called it a day. Scott took an hour and was much more thorough. Gateway took the time to answer my questions during prep and after treatment. And most importantly, they solved my problem. I hope to God I never have to do this process over, but if I do, I'll know who to call.

 + -1 moreGateway was very professional from the estimate to the heat treatment process. They explained in detail what I could expect and what I needed to do in order to be sure the treatment was a success. I was worried that some of my personal belongings would be damaged with the heat but everything was just as I left it no melting and no damages. I felt like they understood the extreme stress this situation had put me in and they reassured me that the problem would be resolved. The 60 guarantee they offer is also reassuring and even though I didn't need to use it I liked that I had it just in case. Bottom line they eradicated my bedbug problem, left my house as they found it and I would recommend them to anyone who wants their bed bug problem resolved quickly and completely.
