Description of Work: I needed my property boundaries marked for my home. Dennis was very professional and had my property marked off very quickly and walked the property with me to show me the boundaries and how to locate boundary markers in the future should the above ground markers be removed.

Description of Work: It was very easy to speak with Mr. Frazier & arrange a time for him to come to our house. He arrived on time, listened to my requirements & proceeded to locate the property boundaries to be staked. His equipment made it easy for him to locate the underground iron pipe stakes at each corner of the property. Next, he hammered about a dozen wooden stakes securely into the ground. The stakes have plastic colored strip attached. And, next to the stakes are smaller wooden plugs hammered level into the ground. A riding lawn mover can smash into the above-ground stake & I will still know where to find the property line. A few days latter, I received a certified paper copy of the boundary resurvey. Now, I can install a fence or low stone wall without any property disputes.

Description of Work: Needed a survey for flood plain. Returned the survey in a timely manner. I had no idea of the cost, but I found that this price was in line with most other surveys of this kind.

Description of Work: Dennis communicated clearly and promptly. He was punctual, thorough, and professional. I live in the city and had trouble getting any surveyor to even give me a bid. Dennis responded immediately, informed me about what city surveying entailed, how much it would cost, and when the survey could be completed.
