CROSSROADS CONSTRUCTION

When I first contacted the company, the owner was very excited about the job. He would say he would call and call a few days later, and when he said he was going to come on specific day, he called two hours later to say he couldn't find my home, went back to the office to get directions, and was still unable to come out. Said he would come out that next Friday and was a no show, then the next Monday he called to tell me he had taken a big job that would use up all of his resources and he could not do my job. I appreciated him calling and telling me that he could not take the job, but I wish he had told me that he might not be able to take the job because it wasted an entire week of my time.

The experience was very positive. The job was done as we had requested, on budget and on time. Mike and Larry provided valuable suggestions, which made the finished look even better. Both communicated with us very well, and we felt very comfortable with them working in our house.
