Very professional- kept us informed of what was going to happen and when--good job of communicating

It was a challenging very windy day. The crew definitely worked as a team and completed the job in one day. The old roof was removed and the wind scattered debris. Clean up was impeccable.

It took a long time for the work to be completed. They did not show up when they said they would. A piece of siding is already coming off the garage. They also left a large amount of nails and screws around the house. We filled a bucket with them.

The roof was replaced. Very polite, good job. Cleaned up very very nicely. Even cleaned out the gutters

We worked with Keith, great guy and very helpful. Changed our minds a few times before we decide on colors, once again, Keith helped out. Everything went smooth, they showed up on a Saturday since it had rained on Friday and the completed the job in one day. It looks great and they did an excellent job of cleaning up.

The roof replacement went well; it was done in a timely manner considering the number of claims due to this storm. However, there is still some gutter detail work that was promised & is still not done. (It is now after Thanksgiving.) We have contacted the rep several times in the last month. This is the reason for only a fair rating for responsiveness.

Keith Haislip was awesome organizing the job and he ensured it was done right! Delivery times were prompt and the crew was superb. We are thrilled with the results. Just because the roof was finished didn't mean Keith's job was over. He followed up with us to be sure we were fully satisfied with the Brian Dawson experience. I SPOKE TO JOHN DAWSON AND HE CAME OUT PROMTLY TO SURVEY AND WRITE ESTIMATE EVEN GIVING ME OPTIONS TO IMPROVE HOME IN THE PROCESS! I DEALT WITH JOHN THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE PROJECT ALWAYS ANSWERING ANY QUESTIONS I HAD BY JUST PICKING UP THE PHONE AND CALLING HIM ON HIS CELLPHONE! THEY HAVE A VERY EFFICIENT CREW THAT WORK SO QUICKLY THAT I WAS AMAZED! I HAD A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH AND I WOULD RECOMEND HIGHLY!

Mark did an excellent job. He was very thorough in explaining what was causing the issue, removed the problem area, and installed new flashing and shingles correctly. Couldn't have gone better and I am very pleased.

Old roof removed, new roof installed with upgrade with new vents, Work was completed in 1 day where the last roof, 10 years ago took 4 days. The work was perfect, the installers were professional and courteous, even cleaned the skylights for us. The clean-up was excellent with no nails or debris around the house or in yard. The showed up on time.

Brian worked with our insurance company for roof replacement from storm damage. They did a fine job from start to finish.They were prompt and neat. Took a little more than a day to complete. We chose to upgrade venting as an option.Area was left clean and neat.Would definitely use this company again.

They did a great job. I left in the morning for work, came home, and they had tore off old roof, installed new roof, cleaned up, I didn't even realize they had done the job. Unbelievable service and install. Definitely use again.

I had hail damage to my roof and guttering and there was some previous damage to the chimney flashing. He tore off and replaced the old roof. Hired other professionals in to do the guttering and flashing around the fireplace chimney. They took much longer to get those jobs completed due to all the needs of others from storm damage but Brian wouldn't take any money for finishing the roof much before they could get here to do their jobs, even though I offered him half before the job was completed. Brian is a true professional and considers the needs of the customer. I wouldn't have anyone else do a roof for me if I ever need one again. (Moving soon). So thankful to him and his crew. Very satisfied. Thanks Brian. PS Didn't know he was on Angie's List or would have left a review much sooner.

Failed in communication. Either didn't return phone calls or didn't show up for his scheduled appointment.

There was no urgency so I started the process with my previous roofer. Well respected and highly rated, but they were strict with their bid. I suspect they had a backlog of work and my job wasn't too important. I was to be fortunate to have them lower their cost so I would only be out my $1000 deductible. A friend recommended Dawson, but I soon found out it was a different Dawson roofing co. Anyway, Brian Dawson came out for an estimate. He was down to earth, professional and flexible to my schedule. His bid included the upgrade to architectural shingles(which I understand is becoming a more common free upgrade) and he cut well into my "out of pocket" deductible with an aggressive price. We scheduled a quick start within 3 weeks and that was pushed 2 days for weather. The crew arrived around 6 AM and finished mid afternoon. The clean up was done well. Brian Dawson checked progress early on and came by afterward for an inspection. I was pleased with the overall job and recommend Brian Dawson Roofing.

I called and left a message for him to come out and give me an estimate. Two days later he called from Wy where he was on vacation. Said he would call me when he got home in a week. Called other roofing companies, left messages and never heard from them. One guy came out and inspected and said he'd meet with my ins adjuster. Never heard from him again either. Then a week later early Monday morning Brian called and said he was back from vacation and ASKED if he could come over in the afternoon. He came and inspected my roof and look at my estimate from the ins. adjuster and said he could do it for that price and even upgrade to a architectural style shingle. Asked for no money up front and said they could do it that Friday. His workers showed up early and had it all down by 7pm. They cleaned up my yards so you couldn't even tell I had work done. Very pleased with the work and especially Brian. He took time to explain everything. Would not hesitate to recommend him.
