Chris did a thorough job, and I've had no more leaking. Saved approximately $1000 by not having to replace the water heater.

They're good. He was here on time. They answered the phone, they were friendly, they got here when they said they would, he explained what he was going to do, and then what the stages are. Kind of like if this doesn't work then this is what I am going to have to do. He also explained the cost. He didn't have to go further than the initial. He explained everything very well. He left everything back to the way it was.

I will absolutely use them again for any plumbing needs I have. I filed the service request online and received a prompt callback early the next business day. I was kept informed regarding the technician's arrival time. The technician who performed the work was very personable and knowledgeable.

Had a tricky kitchen drain clog that ultimately required snaking through a roof vent. Bob and his associate were professional and persistent in making sure the job got done right.

Bob, the owner, came to give a bid and completed the work the same day in about an hour. I was in a hurry to get this installed and Bono Plumbing came through. Not only was his service fast, it was reasonably priced. I will certainly be using Bono Plumbing again in the future and highly recommend this company.

I called for a last minute Dishwasher install after the delivery company refused to install in my location. Bono plumbing not only had someone come out the same day, but did a fantastic job at a super reasonable price.

Beautifully. The gentleman from Bono had a very full schedule. I let him know that we were a CLIA lab and that I needed to get the water up and running in that sink in order to maintain our ability to continue processing specimens. I also explained that I was having a medical procedure the following day and would not be able to be here for the installation. He told me that he was going to look at his schedule and see if he could not get us worked in to have the work done before the weekend. When I returned Monday I not only found the sink installed, but the water lines plumbed in. These very professional people get a 10 thumbs up.

After 30 minutes of work and noise, the employee told me he couldn't get the clog out. Being a double vanity, he couldn't get the tool to go down the drain right. And, while he would try from the basement he was unable to get the nut loose. So, he gave up. But, he cut me a deal on labor and only charged me $139 and recommended cutting a hole in the wall and replacing $1000 worth of pipe And, he failed to tighten the nut on the pipe under the vanity so water leaked into the cabinet and bubbled up the laminate...so I have to replace that shelf. Why am I paying for failed work? Would I pay a mower for walking around the yard but not cutting the grass? Especially it he damaged my plants in the process?Why didn't they send another employee and try again? Why charge me so much for their failure? Three days later, after receiving NO RESPONSE from management, I received a nice card that offered me 15% off if I refer a friend. Refer a friend? I wouldn't refer my enemy. Their competitor (Roto Rooter) had no problem in the basement. Problem solved in 30 minutes. On a Saturday. For not much more.

This was a $39 big deal purchase. They did a fine job. The only thing I don't like about the way that they make those offers is the way they write it, it's like $35 and that ends up being the service charge. Then they say that there is a credit towards any work that is done, but it ends up being the service charge, you don't really get any credit towards the work you get done or you have to get a significant amount of work even for the $35 to apply. I don't know if that is them or the way Angie's List sets up the coupon offer. The price was average too because all it ends up is being a service call. All he ended up doing was changing out a bathroom sink faucet. I could have hired anybody to do that for whatever the cost was. The quality was average. They called me back right away and then he called me to tell me that he had finished an appointment early and called me from the house to tell me that he was available so the responsiveness was excellent. He came early. He was very professional handling the whole service call. If I understood the price better I might use them again in the future, but otherwise their price was the thing that drove me off. Service-wise, though, I would use them.

Excellent. Honest, and accommodating both times. Found a cheaper solution rather than sell parts I thought I needed. Friendly people that are trustworthy.

They were quick and prompt. In and out in 4 hours. Professional and friendly.

This was horrible. They said they fixed it but they didn?t. We paid to have our ceiling painted because they said it was fixed but a couple months later the leak came back. Then we had to pay for anther plumbing company and also for repainting. ?After my complaint they refunded me.

We've used them before and we will continue to use them in the future.

Mr. Bono, the company owner provided outstanding, prompt service. i called him on the recommendation of another A's List provider who could not give same-day service. Received a call from him when he was going to be delayed. He immediately knew what the problem and quickly replaced the valve.He was very courteous and also assured me that he would provide the same outstanding, prompt service in the future. We've not needed the services of a plumber for a long time & I'm glad to know I can rely on Bono Plumibing in the future.

They showed up on time. We had them out a couple of times. It was a disaster. We had a hot water valve that kept leaking. We tried to repair it but it couldn't be repaired. A plumber had to get in behind the wall. He did a fine job putting it in. He measured wrong. When we're trying to put everything back like the faucet where the water comes out and it fits over the water line coming out of the wall, he cut it too short. The faucet couldn't be screwed on. We had him come out and redo that. At first he wanted to charge us a service call but I said no because it was his mess. He came out and fixed it. At that point, all of the drywall backed up. I wasn't going to rip it off again. I worked around the best I could. The pricing was okay. It should have been measured the first time.

This is the 2nd time that I've used this provider for a sump pump (multiple properties). I wasn't sure if the existing pump could be fixed or if I needed a new one. Before I purchased the deal, they came to the house and inspected the existing pump. After determining that the existing pump could not be fixed (13 years old), I made an appointment for the install. I purchased the deal and the installation was completed the following week. Great service, prompt and courteous.

It went really well. Everything went well, but he did not have the correct parts with him so it took more time.

Office responded immediately. John arrived on time and went immediately to work. He was professional and clean and did a great job. Would recommend him and use their service again .
