Description of Work: The date of service was Aug 15, 2015 and the cost of service was $99.

Description of Work: I have had them out 3 times. The first time they replaced the faucet in my bathroom and fixed a leak in the kitchen sink. The second time they repaired the garbage disposal and the third time they replaced the garbage disposal. They are very pleasant to deal with, very professional and do good work.

Description of Work: Reset toilet that was leaking at base. Advised resetting with added spacer and improved bolts, which resolved the problem.

Description of Work: They did an excellent job...from contacting me quickly, to coming here to fix the problem. Super service, friendly employees...will use them again in the future for certain, and would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services. Can't remember the exact date of service, but it was prompt.

Description of Work: We had two leaky faucets & problems with our kitchen sink plumbing. The "stems" in the leaky faucets were replaced. The kitchen sink pipes were reworked so that the garbage disposal worked properly. He was at the house for approximately 4 hrs including trips for various plumbing items needed for repairs.

Description of Work: Cleaned out clogged kitchen plumbing. Bono plumbing did the work well and at a good price. They confirmed the appointment and even called to say they would be running late due to heavy traffic, but arrived shortly. They thoroughly explained their procedures, resolved the problem and gave advice to prevent the clog in the future. Friendly, very professional and honest. I will use Bono plumbing in the future and confidently recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Bono replaced/fixed leaking valves for ice maker, laundry room water supply, bathroom sink valve, caulked drain and reinstalled bathroom sink, installed new toilet. Description of Work: fixex a concealed leak with minimal mess and in a short period of time. Excellent job.

Description of Work: We had to have our kitchen drain cabled out. He came when we expected him and he told us ahead of time how much it would be. All of that part was great. But as he was pulling the cable out, the pipe came out of the wall and required a special piece to hold it back in place. He didn't offer to help us with this procedure, he just left with the dishwasher still in the middle of the floor. My husband, who is disabled, and I managed to finish the job. I realize that this complication would have cost more money, but he didn't even offer. It seemed to me that he just wanted to get on to his next job.
