Description of Work: I selected Bono Plumbing to replace shower/bath hardware. I had purchased on my own hardware from Lowe's, thinking I could hire a plumber on Angie's list to install the three hardware pieces I purchased. Bono came to house and told me doing what I originally wanted to do would be hugely expensive and was unnecessary - all I needed was a cartridge and new faucet handle. I went with what Bono suggested, and they got the replacement pieces, which I paid them later for, and they took care of the simple replacement that made the most sense. You are in honest and competent hands with this company.

Description of Work: I wasn't going to do a review because I have mixed feelings about this provider, however keep getting these notices that it is required. Did they do the work? Yes The customer service portion (on the phone) was excellent. The replacement part was priced higher from their warehouse than if I had purchased it myself but I was between a rock and a hard spot and didn't have time to do this, so I paid the higher price. They did give a discount for the coupon but added back in an hourly labor charges of the same amount.
